I don't know how much of that leak is true (or old) but one thing I'll say is that the anonymous Reddit/4chan leaks that seem the most boring are usually the ones that turn out to be real...
The biggest question is will the great Vita control scheme return?
Press sneak fuck basically saying he believes in it lmao.I don't know how much of that leak is true (or old) but one thing I'll say is that the anonymous Reddit/4chan leaks that seem the most boring are usually the ones that turn out to be real...

There's a reddit rumor including:
- PC version is Battle.net
- PvP is four player
- Basic PvE teams are four player, wasn't sure on raid count
- Same three classes, but totally redone sub-classes
- You have two primaries now, one regular damage, one Elemental
- The base locations are theee Jupiter moons and Earth, but they're much bigger zones than the first game
- Game has way more content than Destiny 1 both before and after level 20
- Heavy machine guns removed in favor of grenade launchers
- New weapon type they didn't want to spoil
- Your sparrow unlocks after you beat the game
- Looking for group tools of some kind for end game, didn't specify what
- I believe they thought it was 30 FPS but wasn't positive
- I can't remember if there was anything else, someone here probably remembers
Still Day 1 for me.
Warlock solar sword!!!!!
Will this event be streamed?
The battle.net thing is insane...they just renamed it to blizzard and then they would put a different devs game on it? is that not insane?
I actually still have the page up from last night:
Unless they renamed it Blizzard so that Activision could repurpose the name "Battle.net" for all its other games. Though it would be a lot more compelling if Blizz stuff was included.
Assuming the leaker is legit. I I'm not entirely sure I understand what he means when talking areas/zones.
He says we'll visit 4 places. And that each place is around twice the size of the D1 zones, but then he also says there are roughly 3 times as many zones per location. That last part I don't understand.

They renamed the app to Blizzard. The battle.net site is still active. We could see something like the portal is Battle.net with links to the "Blizzard app" and "Destiny app"
i am a little confused about the streaming/footage stuff.
I get that there will be a pre-stream in 2.5 hours, and then then the real stream in 3.5 hours, but what about all that stuff going on w/ the people who were invited to play? Is this going to be an ongoing thing for the day or.. ?

So they will make you download another launcher call battle.net? wut
Which is your favorite weapon in Destiny 1? I have to say Fatebringer. It was a monster before the nerf.
I took that to mean the various areas within the zones, like the "Scrapyard" and "Forgotten Shore" type areas within the zones. Really hope there's a damn map this time at least.
So... what's the chance 4 ends up being the universal size of fireteams in Destiny 2 for any activity, including 'raids'?
Please reassure me it's not gonna be like that.

Of all the BS rumors to roll through the past week, this sounds the most plausible. There's a reddit rumor including:

Fresh take: no matter what they reveal, this board will be full of disappointment and concern.
Fresher take: like Destiny, Destiny 2 will be an extremely fun game regardless of what subclasses or planets we have.
Nailed it.

I'm sure that those who loved Destiny 1 will love this one.
Bungie is pretty confident. You don't it happen too often that streamers are able to record everything they see. There's no restriction...
Regardless of my feelings for the content of the vanilla game, if two of my best friends get it I'll likely get it myself. I use these games to play and chat with them since I'm not usually into the multiplayer games they enjoy and vice versa. And a third and fourth friend are likely to join us in destiny as well anyways.

definitely. Was just saying that to some friends this morning.
Oh visually it looks like Horizon Zero Dawn, lot of little details being packed. The social spaces are divided into 2 (or 3?) one at the start of the game, the other opens up at the end. Open areas were named as Earth, Myraid, Titan and Ganimede. Xur will be on the the (final?) planet each weekend and not in the social space...
Or Windows Store...

Earth focused is a huge plus for me. We barely get to see the what exactly halpened to earth after technological advancements change it, we essentially have been to no earth cities, we havent been to popular earth landmarks/cities like New York, etc.
There is so much they can do with an Earth focused game.
