[RUMOR] Super Smash Bros Switch images leaked

GOT 'EM.
The only thing I care about with a Switch version is if there will be any balance or mechanic changes to the game. It's in a fantastic spot right now so I don't think there needs to be any character specific changes. Really I just want them to remove rage and maybe change the way shield push-back works so that people shielding can get pushed off a ledge.
Smash and fake leak have a good history too

I don't know, Bowser Jr and Toon Link look really off. Like they are from the 3DS version. And its not like we haven't seen fans make some impressive fan projects before.

Although this is fake, we really do need a Smash 4 remaster with all Wii U and 3DS stages
and Ice Climbers.

Yeah seems like some people are trying very hard to tell us this isn't real without telling us they actually know something.
I'll always be excited for fakes, that's the best part of E3!!
But I'm curious what these people know... that there's no Smash coming? There is a Smash coming but it's completely different? Not a port? A full sequel? Different style?
The possibilities are endless!

Remember that old Palutena 3DS screenshot that caused the biggest real/fake discussion before the ESRB? The one that everyone swore up and down that it was real (me included) but it turned out to be a very well made fake with a custom model and everything?

Oh for sure, leaks and fakes are part of the E3 tradition. It's not that Smash isn't coming to Switch, it's that this isn't it.
Not everybody. The Palutena fake was really obvious.
what if the real one has smash run, but devs will take it out now because of this fake leak?
Then I will sacrifice Namco to Pheidippides, God of Smash Run.

I'm still of the opinion that a new entry is more likely than a Smash 4 deluxe/port so I imagine it will be a much more noticeable difference than what we see in these screens.
Also I will riot if there's no adventure/Subspace Emissary mode. Well, lightly riot.

Does "with regret" mean that whatever he knows to be real is actually worse than this fake? Or does he simply regret entertaining a fake as potentially real?

It might also suggest there's no Smash at E3, as another option.

You are reading too much on this tweet... He could be on the fence and see the bowser Jr name mixed with the 1p or the font changes and change his mind like some people here.
Nothing implies that he had new info FOR THIS FAKE

While I'm sure that 4chan has done some fancy leaks that were confirmed in the past, I really can't buy this for a second. All of this does seem way too convenient to just have a "Smash Run" and redone 3DS stages for the switch. I'd like to think that if we are talking about a port of the Wii U version, they will either carry over the previous mode that no one liked, or rather bring over the one thing that people wanted: Team battle where after a character is KOed, it switches to someone else.
Either way, if we do see a Smash for Switch confirmed, you won't hear any complaints from me.

Smash 4 Deluxe's new features are that half of the characters and stages are removed, Smash Tour is now the only mode, and the game rapidly shifts between 1 and 30 FPS regardless of what's on screen. Also all the characters except Mii are paid DLC now.

It's a pipe dream for Smash Bros in this current day. All these things just aren't happening unfortunately. Tom Phillips might know that too, seeing as it could have less effort put into it compared to MK8 since a chunk of that game had content no one liked or cared for to begin with (battle mode).

#TeamReal here. If Break the Targets is back then I'm in on day one. I loved all the smaller challenges in Melee that it's a shame they weren't brought forward
