Every fiber of my 80s-child being is screaming for this because of the aesthetics, but I'm waiting on reviews to see how it actually plays. Witcher 3 was beautiful but dull as fuck and played like shit (to me), so I'm hesitant about taking the plunge.

Not the game for me?? Why because im not treating it like the second coming of christ like some of you?? No I like the game im excited to play said game. The game is literally 7 years in the making at this point thats a long ass time theres no way it can live up to that hype and to sit here and say no one should be concerned by that fact is naive. The witcher 3 was a fantastic game but I feel like this just doesn't have that magic w3 did.

Seeing that icon on the desktop is almost surreal, I still remember watching CDP summer conference in may 2012 when they announced C77 and being like "so you already did my dream game with Witchers and now you are doing another one huh". It has been a long wait, but I am confident it will be worth it.

I can honestly say I haven't been this excited for a game in a long time. It just feels good to be this excited about video games again. I don't know about you guys, but I have experienced massive burnout before and it sucks. Any game that makes me feel like a kid on Christmas morning again is cool by me.

I'm going to enjoy every second of this hype. This year has been shit, I need fun.

have anyhone from EU started the preload on PS5??? I can start it on PS4 but can't on my PS5... and the countdown doesn't match between the two consoles... 1d16h(PS4)<>2d5h(PS5)

In between having fun on the forums I managed to get through a few reviews, and yes, I am definitely going nomad now. I was leaning that way already but it's clinched now - I want to soak up as many side quests as I can outside of Night City before I experience what it has to offer in all its glory.

Guess this is the site to be on now to discuss video games.

Still can’t decide between PC or PS5. My PC has a 1070 and ryzen 7 2700x so it’s weaker than my PS5, but the PS5 version without the next-gen patch probably looks worse than what my PC can run right?
If only I could get my hands on an RTX card..

What the hell? How come it's so big on PSN? Maybe it's downloading all the other languages. It's sitting at 59GB on GOG

And wow those benches. My RTX 2080 is already crying. I guess this will be the perfect game to revisit once we get the series 4000 of RTX cards.
