Anyway, I'm still Team Real, but I acknowledge that it is now possible to surpass the Uncanny Valley as far as facial animations are concerned.

image metrics only went as far as the face in that video though. And you can tell it's fake. Then again, it was 2008. But the bandages and everything would be a nightmare if it was just a face replacement.

Now that looks totally fake to me and doesn't convince me that Mogren could be CG at all. Not to say it isn't impressive, however, and it has been 5 years since then.

They don't look very similar. Granted the pic on the right is pretty rubbish but his eyes look really different and the bandage is fitted ever so slightly different. Dun-dun-duuuuun!

It's more than likely the same guy.
