Which is kind of the problem atleast for now. If all of your best stuff is coming to your current gen console, and only a handful of support is being given to the new platform then they probably should not expect allot of people to jump on PS4.

I mean hell I have been waiting for the next consoles for a good long time now, but if PS3 is where all the major exclusives will be then ill just buy another PS3, and wait around for the PS4 to gain more support.

Kind of makes me think of the PSP vs. PSVita situation as it was.

Yeah, I can understand and appreciate that point of view. I'm still hoping that some of those PS3 games will find a home on PS4 - but yeah, as it stands, the PS3 is making a compelling case for sticking with this gen just a tad longer.

That list really doesnt excite me like yea TLG cool but the screen shots of that invismals game looks disappointing.
Knack ok we know this
Untill dawn I do want to see what that is.
Thats it??? for PS4 launch....SONY dont be like Microsoft and show us the system and like 3 new games lol

I'll believe it when I see it.

The site also lists EverQuest Next which isn't supposed to be unveiled until August 1st at SOE Live. Not to mention Beyond Good and Evil 2 and a PC version of GTA V. So I'm not giving my hopes up.

I hope so too, but im not sure that will be good enough. I think allot of it will depend on how much MS shows off that is Xbone only. They claim to have 15 games that are exclusive to Xbone, and if they spend time showing them, and confirmed they are XBone only with no 360 version.....yeah it will be alittle bit awkward for Sony to be beating their chest over PS3 games. Its nice of them to continue to support the old dog, but it wont get people excited for the new hotness.

Im just ready for new consoles, but not if everything I want to play is on cheaper ones that I already own. I still have some hope because Cerny did state that their launch/window lineup was the best Sonys ever had, so we will find out in a week.

TLG is such a hardcore title, it's an award winner and will have screenshots and people posting about it everywhere.

But it's not going to win game of show, or be a system seller on ps3/4.

Absolutely it's a hardcore title, a damn expensive one at that. But either way I'm sure it's going to take alot of attention away from the xbone-conference.

Can someone please explain to me how Team Ico can afford to operate over the course of the entire PS3 lifespan to date (roughly 7 years) without releasing a game? I'm genuinely at a loss as to how they managed to pay bills/wages all this time with a nominal source of income from sales of past titles.

True, but the only real way to it'll take a lot of attention away from the One conference is if it's a PS4 launch title or launch window title.

It's expected on PS3, it being shown on there is more akin to the attention Duke Nukem Forever received when it was picked up Geabbox and re-emerged from it's near decade absence.

Hahaha

Looks like this game is canned but Sony is afraid to say it

Whose advantage would that be for? Sony carry on paying people to pretend to make a game, the jokes carry on rather than just taking the immediate blow and waiting for the industry to move on. I'm 99.9% sure its alive in some form

Its listed as PS3 because that's how it was announced. It hasn't officially been announced for PS4 yet.

Yeah I have the same thoughts. None of the PS4 new IPs or games have been listed other than what they have already announced. So definitely they are keeping the secrets.

We all know that those won't be all the titles we will come to know during E3. From what I know Bloober Team will announce the release date for Deathmatch Village (PS3/PSVITA), iFun4All should be talking about Die! Die! Die! (PSVITA) and Vivid Games will show us Real Boxing (PSVITA). I'm quite interested in the games they will show us not during the show but at their booths, because from what I counted there are around 30-35 PS VITA titles, which were either recently released or should be coming out in the near future.

I'll believe it when I see it. I know we've been saying this for half a decade now, but if we don't see it at this year's E3 or TGS, the game has been quiet cancelled.

This could be the ideal game to finish up the show. "Before we let you go, there's one more thing we'd like to show you...." Bam, new trailer of TLG, release date: september 2013.

I'd be in the dick
There's always some serious bullshit posted on the official E3 site. Tons of major game announcements have been listed there that haven't happened. Take the listing with a grain of salt.

Don't raise your hype level too much.

- How to Survive (505 Games, PC/PS3/360/WiiU) is listed in Nintendo America page.
- MGS V et Castlevania LoS 2 are listed but not PES 2014 (the game has been announced and confirmed for E3).
- EverQuest Next is listed in Sony America's page, not Sony Online.
- Like posted earlier, GTA V is apparently present, also Civilization V - Brave New World, NBA 2K14 The Bureau: XCOM Declassified -> 2K has confirmed it won't be at E3.
- No PC version fot Watch Dogs, South Park: The Stick of Truth and Splinter Cell Blacklist.
- No Next-Gen versions for Assassin's Creed IV.
- Dying Light is forgotten among Warner Bros' games.

And maybe more...

I'm probably wrong but these mistakes/oversights make me doubtful about the reliability of the site. We'll see next week.

That's enough for me to get excited now and subsequently annoyed when they don't show it.

I'll believe it when I see it.

I don't think I'd be able to cope with TLG and BGAE shown in the same couple of days.

Rockefellers. Skull and Bones. Microsoft. Al Qaeda. A Cabal of Bankers. The melting point of steel. What do these things have in common? Wake up sheeple, the landfill wasn't even REAL!
just let it go

The listing may simply be the result of an administration error, and Sony poured cold water on it this morning when contacted by Eurogamer. A spokesperson told us: "The page on the ESA site is speculative I'm afraid."
