I think you're being a tad optimistic there.
I only expect to see Studio London and possibly MM with the new first party offerings at Gamescom.
I'm not expecting everything listed, far from it, but expectations are high, given so few PS4 game announcements were made at E3 - compared to MS.
Granted, Sony had the Feb reveal, but we are now moving into the home stretch, ready for launch. Alongside a proper look at the The Order 1886, I feel Sony needs to show, minimum, two new AAA retail games, probably more given MS will be adding to their tally.
The launch date is a given, Rift support seems fanciful, but you never know, while Gaikai also needs to be fleshed out more, given it's at the core of their strategy.
Sony themselves announced to the world the number of in-house games in development, they could announce a host of them, and still have Gran Turismo, Uncharted, TLOU, TLG etc., locked away for later reveals.
