Also, RAIN is decent but very trial and error based and quickly loses its appeal. You'll find yourself struggling to find the motivation to finish it...

It's a 2D side-scrolling psychological adventure. The location is like the hotel or school from Silent Hill; there's a degree of freedom to explore, but you have to find your way around a solve puzzles to advance. There are monsters to avoid or shoot, but ammo is very limited and usually hiding is the best option. There's a lot of emphasis on what is real and the psychological stability of the main character. Calling it Silent Hill 2 in 2D is literally the most perfect summary I can come up with.

I've heard so much good about P4G since I bought my Vita a couple of days ago that I just have to buy it now. I had brushed it away as a Japanese Sim-Dating type of thing.

That's a small side thing used to give more character development and increases their abilities too.
50% off a full priced retail game is good.
50% off a £10 PSN game is meh and a waste of a deal to me.

I disagree. 50% off retail you're looking at around £25 for a game which you can most likely find for around the same price in shops and have the benefit of selling/trading in in the future. 50% off a PSN game which you can only really get on your system digitally from the PSN store (Amazon too, but it remains to be seen if there are any good discounts on there) seems like a better deal to me.

So far got Spelunky and Walking Dead. Pleased with both and I only hear good things about Lone Survivor.

I'm happy that I got MGS HD and Rayman Legends on Vita, so it's been a good sale for me. Hopefully, if BioShock Infinite goes on sale the season pass will go on sale too. Would love to get the three DLCs for that game at a good price.

Don't think this will be happening at least not on the Vita, pretty sure I remember one of the Sony people responding to a request for it with something like "it already had a discount on launch" So as much as I would like to see it come to the sale, I don't think it will be.

Is that from hints dropped by the guys who run the blog? I thought they also suggested someone hold off buying BioShock Infinite too.
I hope ACIV is about £20, but I expect it'll be £30 or thereabouts. The Last of Us will probably be the last game, and I expect that will be £20.

Lone Survivor is one of the games I wanted, it's good to have gotten at least 3 games out of this Christmas deal. It would be so awesome if Persona 4 is also in this sale like some say it's being rumoured. Then there is Dynasty Warriors Next. Those are the only 2 games that could realistically be on sale. I wouldn't mind Batman, but that's probably too recent for it to make the cut. Okay, 3 more deals left, keep it up SCEE!

Liberation HD will cost about that much. Wouldn't be much of a deal.
For me it would, I don't have a PS3 (it broke) and I can't play Liberation HD on my Vita

Yeah, I'm sure he mentioned P4G in relation in this sale but perhaps it was Plus.
Anyway, BI might be in the sale too? That one passed me by, but it looks like we then know the last three PS3 games at least.
Black Flag, BI and TLoU...Black Flag will probably be £30 to £35, TLoU might drop to £20 as it's hit that price via a couple of retailers and BI...anything higher than £15 makes it overpriced and not worth it...

If anything, it's time Liberation Vita joined IGC. Hell, it could be a candidate to replace Uncharted/Gravity Rush.
Chris posted it in the PS+ blog entry but I had the feeling that he was refering to the Christmas sales... just wait&see I guess.
