While there might be some technical differences between PS4 and Xbox One versions of multiplattform games, I'd like to stress the fact that these are not the only areas where PS4 and Xbox One versions differ. Xbox One versions offer a deeper experience though force feedback in the triggers that gives the player a new way to feel the action on screen. On top of that the Xbox One controller is built for supreme comfort in gameplay. For most games, Kinect also offers unique functionality that improves the immersion into a game. So I think the question of superiority of different versions of games needs to be answered on a lot of different levels and in many ways, I feel, Xbox One is the better platform to play these multi platform releases on. Our own exclusive content for Xbox One also shows that Xbox One can absolutely shine on a technological level. So, I'd recommend you not just to compare some numbers on a sheet, but to take a look at the whole experience when evaluating the Xbox One experience.

I was hesistant to ask Albert the question but in his defense what else was he gonna say? I'm not a Xbox defender by any means but the fact that the PS4 has a more straight forward X86 architecture vs what XB1 is doing with ESRAM plays a factor in early development cycles.

IMHO if Halo 5 is native 720p and anything less than 60fps, then XB1 has a real issue when compared to PS4.

There isn't 100% difference. One is above 30 the other is under 60.

But that doesn't matter because frame rate perception isn't linear. 20 - 30 is a bigger difference from 30 - 40. 30 locked - 60 locked would be big difference .. Still not as much as 20 - 30 IMO though.

Again this is in no way trying to make the consoles equal. ps4 is clearly a lot more powerful than the xbone.

Well, OBVIOUSLY the libraries and development tools will improve for and developers will learn more about the One, while no such optimization will occur with the PS4.

It will, I'm sure, just stand still and not be improved even more over time.

I think Person A's money will cap off after a bit. He'll still have more, but it won't be as much as when he first started off. Just like the PS3 and 360 and how the PS3 has caught up at the end of the generation which wasn't too late for the Sony fan. I too have faith in my Xbox, just like the Sony fan had faith in their PS3. Who knows.. this could make it much better for the Xbox One part 2. Just as how the PS3 wasn't much to right home about and now with the PS4 everybody is happy again and things are in full swing... that too could happen with the next xbox after this gen and they get their swagger back like with the 360. Just like how Sony lost their swagger with the PS3 and got it back with the PS4.
