Congrats (and thanks) to donny2112 for the year, and congrats to WinterDemons for winning the month.

And wooo! \o/ I'm 7th overall and it is my first time doing this!

Could we do something like a Google Calendar with notifications? I can set it up on my account, and I think you can share these things with large groups? Not sure. Should I investigate this for the group? We could put all important dates on there (when predictions open, when they close, when NPD results are due to be released).

Someone should make this calendar.

I'd use it

The sharing option I see involves adding email addresses to a list. Alternatively, tell me how to share a calendar in a way that allows people to sign up independently.

If someone wants to PM me an email address they'd use for this, let me know. Probably works better if it's a Gmail account?

There should be a way to make a public calendar?

Someone let me know if you can see those events.

I have beginning of January 2014 period, end of January 2014 period as events (i.e. no time, just tied to a date).

I have posting of thread, closing of predictions, and posting of results as timed events.

Does this work? If I continue to add dates, will it work?

Congrats, donny2112! (And thanks for your work.)

It's just unfortunate NPD has almost completely succeeded in keeping us in the dark.

For monthly predictions in 2014, will be dropping Vita from the predictions and planning to move WiU and PS3 (the really low December knocked it out) down to units only. That would leave 3DS, 360, PS4, and XB1 for the point monthly predictions.

How does that sound?

I'd like to have one more system for points. I don't think the PS3 sales will really be that different from 360. Maybe keep switching PS3 with Wii U depending on the month (Mario Kart, Smash, Nov. and Dec.: Wii U; everything else: PS3).

That sounds complicated, so it might be better just to keep 4 systems...

Thank you.
No DS YTD estimate?

I think DS sold more than Vita in 2013, but I have no numbers, not even wild guesses for the second half of the year.

Could make an argument to move 360 to units, too, but then that'd leave only three systems for points. Of note is that PS3 sold about the same in November+December as Wii U. 360 was almost twice that number, at least...

The .ics works fine for me.
