Serious question here: How weird is that? They say they beat sales expectations and yet don't want to say how?

I was under the impression that EA had stopped giving out sales numbers for all of their games regardless of their performance.

Why are some people In here so adamant about shitting on this game? I'd think everyone would be rooting for Respawn to succeed after what some of those guys went through.

And yah it lacked content but goddamn the gameplay is awesome

Where are you getting all this data?

Estimated guesses (and stated as such) based on the numbers we already have (Microsoft reported numbers on Xbox One consoles sales, EA Titanfall numbers), historical numbers from other games in similar circumstances, and years of industry experience. I guarantee my estimations are not 100% accurate, but I'm pretty confident they are close-enough to use as the basis of the opinion that it was a successful game for EA/Respawn and not a successful system seller for Microsoft.
