Hideki Kamiya ran a poll on his Twitter and asked what the fans wanted more. A new Okami game or another game (don't remember). Okami won.

So, I hope they make a real Okami sequel. It deserves it.

If Bayo 3 happens, I expect it'll be NX exclusive. Nintendo's involvement with 2 + Bayonetta's inclusion in Smash seems like it'd keep it as a lock as essentially a Nintendo IP.

No, but Nintendo seems to be the only one willing to fund any Bayonetta games.

I'm not sure that's the case though now. Bayo 2 received high praise and Bayonetta seems to be at an all time high in popularity after being added to Smash. That said, it totally makes sense for it to be on a Nintendo platform if it's a multi-plat. I could also see Nintendo co-funding 3 again to keep it exclusive.
