You can laugh all you want, but think about it. If there are really that many more pixels in a 1080p game, then wouldn't they need more than twice the employees to fill in the graphics for those pixels? The employees who work on the fun parts of the PS4 version will have to spend more time making graphics for the extra pixels.
Can you change your PS4 wallpaper? What about listening to some MP3s?
I guess not every metric then...
So he's seen Titanfall
I think Sony has the better offerings, see it works both ways.
I'm pretty sure that's a joke.
Although I've had my faith in humanity crushed before
Low blow.Is the best analogy for 720p vs 1080p be the blurriness you experience when you're watching a video off youtube? You need to wait that annoying bit where it kills your eyes before it actually becomes HD...

Can you on Xbox One?

Yes. Probably. Can you on Xbox One?

It's more like watching HD TV versus a blu-ray disk. Such as, the HD TV looks good until you put in a blu-ray and see what your TV is really capable of displaying. Is the best analogy for 720p vs 1080p be the blurriness you experience when you're watching a video off youtube? The PS4 has an awesomer controller. Nyah.Well...
At least the bone has an awesome controller.
Desperate
Albert is DDDDIs someone keeping a track of the resolutions and framerates of next-gen games? Is there a comprehensive list in the making?
Also... when do you find out AC4 details?

Lewl. Serious?
I was reading that the jump from 720p to 1080p is an increase of 225%.
Is that true?
Yes. Probably.
I'm starting to think XB1 can't do 60 fps at higher than 720p with deferred engines. Remember that weird golf game. That runs at 720p too and looks bad even for current-gen.
Wanna bet this a 60 fps title too?

Damn. Both Sony and Microsoft greedy for those store purchased backgrounds I imagine. Twats. Could this functionality theoretically be patched in?
MP3 playback surely can?

ad backgrounds.
And if you think about it, it makes sense as to why the colors in the Xbox One version of BF4 are so "crushed." Instead of using up a bunch of pixels displaying different shades of really light objects, or different shades of shadowed or black objects, the engineers at MS found a way to save pixels and graphics power by just making light and dark areas pure black or white. I mean, we know what boring things like skin and clothes and skies look like, so if the system can take unnecessary pixels and use that extra power to make things like extra soldiers on the screen (drawn out the extra pixels I mean), then go for it.
Forza seems like an anomaly at this point, lol.
Those will change depending on what Kinect sees you using for products.

1920*1080 = 2,073,600
1280*720 = 921,600
2,073,600/921,600 = 2.25 which is 225% more pixels HOLY MOLY!
Yeah someone made one. It's around.
AC4 is definitely 1080p on PS4. No idea for XB1. I'm not even sure anyone has seen the game run on that platform.
Is Forza the only non-indie 1080p title on XBO?
