Even when drunk I've never had that much difficulty putting a condom on as the person did in that video.

This can't really be common? I guess in my own experience I've only ever heard of one person having this problem. All the people I know or at the least actively discuss sex with tend to have... significantly longer times than I guess what the reported average is but little in the way of problems climaxing.
