This has nothing to do with poorer countries, it's more about uninformed consumers, which you'll find more of in developed countries than in the "poorer" ones.
Yes it is mainly the uninformed. What I was getting at is in many years time people in countries that have had computers will be more educated about them. Obviously at this moment in time we have the older generation of people that didn't grow up around computers. But as time goes on more and more people will grow up being around a computer so will understand them more. The same will happen to countries that are becoming developed, so the pattern will repeat. I was talking about the very long term.
