You must buy this. The games scratch so many itches all at once with such varied gameplay. There's platforming, action adventure, plenty of shooting, huge variety of weapons (the Groovitron anyone?), battle arenas, the lot! And with a huge dollop of great humour, graphics, colour and imagination Just so much fun.

They are fairly easy. Collect 1M bolts, defeat boss X, Y and Z, upgrade everything to max, etc... Nothing outlandish.

Honestly I don't even understand the "this is how I remember the PS2 games looking in my memory!" comments that a lot of people make, but I guess I'm too close to those games to relate to that. Love seeing these areas reimagined.

Game looks suuuuuper fun and beautiful af, just wow. Hope this game does well and sell loads. Glad PS4 still brings this type of games. Afterall, most people remember the PS1 as the console that had lot's of platformers with wacky new characters such as Crash, Spyro, etc. Wish PS4 could have more of those games.

I believe I played a bit of all the past Ratchet games, but never finished them, and never owned any of them. I believe this one may be great for me since I loved Sunset Overdrive and this Ratchet is a reboot so I wont get lost in the lore.

I see 77-80. Reviewers seem to score things lower these days. In the past this probably would have been like an 85+ game. Granted I haven't played it lol

I feel bit sad about the music so far. I mean, it's serviceable, but the original Ratchet & Clank soundtrack is very nostalgic and iconic for me. Looked at some gameplay from Metropolis, and I kept hoping on hearing the old theme, but to no avail .

Other than that, the game looks great! I have high hopes.
