Can't wait
Guys, the only newcomer that didn't got a video yet is Duck Hunt Dog.
Bayonetta have guns.
Do the math ;-)
If there is a demo, I think everyone should ensure right now that their account is set up to receive promotional email from Nintendo....
Please explain how to do this if you know for Club Nintendo Australia.
For America its Accounts & Coins > Notifications. I imagine it will be similar for Australia.
Bowser Jr. though.
So we'll get the Bowser Jr., DHD trailer then
And, we shall also find out about Bayonettabeing playable in the game.Music
Unless bayonetta is announced as a playable character (which won't happen) I can't see this doing anything else than harm to bayonetta's sales. Even then it would still steal the spotlight. It's hilarious.
And fucking sad.
I'm hyped, sure, but I'm also quite worried that the general directs might be dead. So...yay?

We don't have coins, we have stars (That buy almost useless things but that's another matter).
The AU setup has a place to edit personal data but that's it. Haven't seen anything about enabling or disabling emails.
Okay.....?
Still wanna see them in the Wii U version. They work. It's time to let them loose~
Hopefully the less possible, there are much more interesting things for them to talk about instead of plastic toys.It will be interesting to see to what extent they discuss Amiibo.
The name is Duck Hunt, not Duck Hunt Dog.Guys, the only newcomer that didn't got a video yet is Duck Hunt Dog.

You can and you will! What if wolf is one of those 50 things?

What if Bayonetta comes with a code for a demo or if you register it on CN you get a demo?
I'd be amazed if they didn't dedicate at least 5mins of the direct talking about them and what exactly they do that will show people "hey these things aren't just figures and actually have a purpose in this game and soon to be others".
General directs are dead, that means we get fuck all in news until E3. And we don't even get a press conference at E3. I guess all directs will be dedicated to individual games from now on. That's a good marketing tactic to the 250k people worldwide that watch. You shouldn't be worried.
They are definitely dead as a consistent thing.
I hope the Boardgame mode is amiibo related.
They've already done that though.

What if the board game mode is actualy a cardboard printed board game that comes within the game box and you use like real dice and amiibos ?
this one?
Curious to know if they'll talk about DLC at all. Hopefully they will!
So I'm going to go ahead and pull a complete "50 Must-See Things" list out of my butt:
So I'm going to go ahead and pull a complete "50 Must-See Things" list out of my butt:
1. Wii U demo is available in all regions next week.
2. They're going to show the entire opening movie - either that, or confirm that there isn't one.
3. Using the 3DS version as a controller is explained and detailed.
4. High-definition footage of the unlockable characters in action.
5. Applicable moveset changes for said characters are detailed.
6. New stages for Kirby, F-Zero, EarthBound, and Game & Watch.
7. Lylat Cruise, Norfair, Rumble Falls, and Luigi's Mansion all return.
8. A bunch of vague, blurry shadows that represent the rest of the stages "but you'll have to be patient!"
9. Exclusive Chunky Kong assist trophy.
10. Exclusive Dunsparce poke ball.
11. Special Smash is back! Now comes with additional Smoke Ball, Gust Bellows, Rocket Belt, Raccoon, and Healing variations!
12. Confirmation of the ancient statement that character reveal trailers are on the disc.
13. Multiple assist trophies can and will spawn at the same time.
14. 75 different Event Matches, but half of them are recycled concepts.
15. Palutena's Temple has codecs from every single Kid Icarus character.
16. A mode (not Miiverse) that allows users to share their Mii Fighter creations.
17. Frequency can now... (long pause) ...be set for each item individually.
18. Trophies actually list their previous appearance information when viewed.
19. Custom moves and custom equipment are now separated, you won't get one when trying for the other.
20. Melee-style Adventure mode with a proper stage for every franchise.
21. Control re-mapping offers more flexibility than ever.
22. Target Test is ported directly from Brawl, no new stages.
23. Chronicle is back but there is a twist.
24. The new trophy acquisition mode is so bizarre that it has to be seen to be believed.
25. Whatever the heck Master Orders/Crazy Orders are.
26. Completely almost convincing Wreck-It Ralph fakeout.
27. The reason for retconning the Drill Arm item as "totally original and not from Kid Icarus, please believe me" gets an explanation that nobody asked for.
28. Random character will now have the possibility to select alt colours for characters, not just alt outfits.
29. Stage Builder is unveiled and confirmed to be way better than Sliced Bread ever was.
30. "Yeah, so, like, Metal Face is definitely in this game somehow."
31. For Fun mode updated to allow 1v1 stock matches.
32. There are twice as many hats available in the Wii U version from launch.
33. Target Blast is replaced by the stunning and unexpected revival of Board the Platforms.
34. Demonstration that some "tips" reference old memetic Dojo quotes.
35. Stamina has a larger range of possible HP settings.
36. Classic mode is just like the 3DS version, but three times as long.
37. The Hands and Master Core have an even larger attack repertoire.
38. The only change to All-Star mode is additional difficulty levels.
39. Reiteration of how amazing everything looks and runs in high-definition.
40. Miiverse integration in the style of Nintendo Land.
41. The game will get a little stroppy if you stay up past your bedtime.
42. Absolutely no Challenges are direct duplicates from the 3DS version.
43. Excerpts from a fanfic starring the Barrel Cannon, Fan, and other removed items.
44. You can record clips of your own voice to replace the announcer.
45. The ACTUAL methods for unlocking characters are explained, and all of the contradictory stuff spread by different sites evaporates.
46. Lingering shot of a Geno trophy with no commentary.
47. Several exciting new music remixes heard in the background, this totally counts as a separate thing.
48. Expansive Nintendo Trivia mode... have you been paying attention to the trophy descriptions?
49. A personal apology for not being able to include Snake.
50. SMASH WORLD, BITCHES.
If any of this actually happens, then I definitely don't expect to receive my complete royalty check for having my ideas stolen by Nintendo, that would be so crazy and I am no such thing.
