To go along with other posters have said in that those leaked transcripts essentially boiled down to "know your audience." You know, one of the most critical and central skills in effective communication.
Yeah, I remember my fraternity had someone trying to rush who talked like that and he got rejected for it. It's disgusting and definitely not the norm.
