Go to settings -> devices and there should be an option to test your mic volume. If it's not muted and working, you should see the bar move. You can also try recording a voice message.

The way I've been testing is by repeatedly saying, "Can anyone hear me? Can anyone hear me? Can ANYONE HEAR ME?!" usually met by silence.

I'm just tired of this meta game. I just got this 100% population risk and I'm now purposely not gonna do a single mission and let everyone die.

What game mode, and were you in a party?

Even on PS3, certain combinations of options would make it take a looong time. Combine that with the smaller pool of players, and the fact many of them are still probably playing SP, and I'm not surprised with these waits.

Play interrogation with parties allowed, and don't be in a party yourself, and you'll probably be in a match relatively soon.

At the moment I can't even open the game... all my DD games are locked. Never happened before, really weird.

I can also confirm mp connection issues. I was getting into games within seconds before the game released on Friday. (I got it the monday before) but since then I can rarely get into a match. sometimes changing the mode jumps me straight into a match, but most of the time nothing. Shame as I was just getting into into it too.

Played my first 4 or 5 games of Survivor. This is a lot of fun! I love the slow, methodical playstyle. Its extremely satisfying when everyone plays as a team, frustrating when they don't.

How are the Sony golds when connected directly to the DS4 as stereo headphones? Using a splitter to try and feed my iPad in as the 'mic' so I can use a soundboard when I can't talk. But it doesn't work at the same time as the golds over USB





Definitely worse matchmaking than a couple of days ago. Although I'd get dropped from lobbies, it'd put me in another one fairly quickly. Now I'm just sitting there and..nothing - parties allowed so you'd think there are players out there

The official title of the topic kinda bugs me, the specifically for the love of god please stop running part. Running in a rushing matter can actually be very effective in multiplayer. You can often ambush opponents without them expecting it. A group of guys I play with all rush and usually run threw opponents because we rush as a team.

It only works if the team is coordinated. I put that as the title because a lot of noobs run at inappropriate moments, causing the rest of the team to be spotted.

Usually when someone on my team starts running, I move the opposite direction from where they're going and hope that they don't follow me. Then I try to anticipate the other team moving to their area and try to flank them.

Any weapon/perks DLC you guys would recommend buying? Not sure if I want to or not, but if I do buy I don’t want to end up buying some garbage.

I’m not even sure I will have the game by the time Diablo III and PvZ releases.

The Enforcer, Scavenger, and Agility. All three can be really good depending on your play style.

I recently broke down and purchased the DLC with the Scavenger and Enforcer. Been running a silenced enf, scavenger 2, covert ops 3 and sharp ears 1. It is crazy how good this combination is. I just went 6390k using only the enf - that's about how good I do on average with my hunting rifle.

Once you realize that losing clan members affects nothing, you stop worrying about it. Even if they all die, all that happens is you start over fresh. You still get to keep all your unlocks.

Does your supply count stay the same too?

I.e. If i dont make it to 7500 supplies to unlock the 13th loadout point do i start back at 0 if my clan dies?

It shouldn't be 7500, they removed the top one on PS4. So it should be whatever 12 was on ps3 (you still get 13 points, just earn quicker)

Just tried the MP for the first time.. holy balls I'm bad at it. It seems the only thing I can do alright is support type stuff (healing, reviving, gifting). Will there be enough of those types of challenges for me to get through? I'm terrified I'm going to get to the last week, have to choose something like downs or executions and lose all my progress.

Yes. There are missions for gifting and healing.

Just to reiterate what other people said... unless you REALLY want those two gold trophies for completing the 12 weeks, don't stress out over the missions and let them take away your enjoyment of the game. You're still progressing and getting new unlocks regardless of whether you fail the 12-week campaign and have to start over.

No matter what I do I can't choose a different loadout than striker (the one I've been playing with since the beginning). I created a custom loadout. I think I'm missing something.

Edit: Lol forget it, I was trying to choose before the matchmaking. Launched a private match ALONE and it's OK.

Played my first supply raid on PS4 today. 13 kills and 5 deaths, our team wins with reinforcement to spare. I was especially shocked because the 3-4 matches I played on the PS3 version, I was garbage.

Maybe it's the 60fps or maybe the other team was just unorganized, looking forward to playing some more and finding out.
