Ehhh, all the retailer dates are different so that's not encouraging. Still think it's June though.

I totally understand you on this. MGSV is a day one buy for me to be sure but I wouldn't say I'm excited about it. One year is about the max length of time I can maintain pre-release hype.

I could see it coming out after that week. That's mostly because Arkham Knight is due on the 2nd. So I don't think that they're going to want to release it to close to it. Sorta let the hype and enthusiasm die down for that before MGSV.

Yeah I'd say there's a difference between Friday of E3 week and Tuesday. Tuesday is the apex of press conference speculation and could drown out a lot of press for the game. Friday is when all of that stuff has settled down somewhat.

Real Talk. I don't suspect Hayter will show up but if the above happens.

MGSV is GOTY, no matter the quality of it or any other game that comes out.

For some reason I think he's announcing a DLC for GZ which has the release date unlocked in it along with a trailer.

it would be both clever and a nice attention to detail for them to have both keifer and david.

It's kind of funny that people think this won't launch around Arkham Knight. Well, it won't, but only because Arkham Knight would very swiftly recieve a change of release date because no one will go against an MGS game.

I hope its the 22nd of June then I can get it on me burfday :p I'm happy AK is coming in June June is usually soo damn empty with releases... piss on the sunshine and beautiful weather..

Totally agree, MGS1 Solid Snake voice was perfect, it just seemed to get more over the top with each iteration. I can't stand how ridiculous Big Boss sounds sounds in Peace walker. The same is happening with Raiden, at times in Revengence Quinton Flynn seemed to want to reach that parody-like voice of David Hayter in PW

All the retailer reiterations of mid-to-late June are offering a slight hope that we'll finally be receiving a release date this week. Whatever happened to the supposedly new Ground Zeroes DLC being hinted at recently?
