Excellent! 1 million in 2 weeks for a PS4-only title and a new IP seems more than decent.Hoping for an expansion pack/DLC announcement at E3!

From Software was the studio who couldn't even get Sony to give them a world wide release on their game because they were told Demon's was too difficult, and it will flop.

Now another exclusive in Demon's spirit has sold 1 million on Sony's new console.

Damn, over 1 million sold through in less than 2 weeks is amazing. Just a few more days to find out how much it sold in the US. It's very likely it sold through more than 350K in the US. Prepare to eat crow, Welfare XD

Have you played Ratchet & Clank, Tearaway, Gravity Rush, Shadow of the Colossus, ICO, Patapon, Demon's Souls, WipEout HD/2048, Sly Cooper, Journey, The Unfinished Swan, Uncharted, The Last of Us, Puppeteer, MotorStorm: Pacific Rift, Driveclub, Super Stardust, Soul Sacrifice Delta, inFamous, God of War, Killzone Mercenary, LocoRoco, Gran Turismo 6, Starhawk, Warhawk, LittleBigPlanet, Hot Shots Golf / Everybody's Golf, Hot Shots Tennis / Everybody's Tennis, Heavy Rain, Fat Princess, Resistance etc?

I can definitely recommend a lot of those.

The current trophy stats indicate less than a quarter of users have failed to beat either one of the first bosses. Which seems pretty good to me.

P.S. My Infamous SS sales prediction was pretty damn close.

I think Welfare might be pretty close as this includes digital sales and WW numbers. We are looking at around ~240K between Japan and UK. So that leaves the rest of the world plus US ~760K. Once you subtract digital sales 350K NPD seems about right.

Well, after selling this much they'll surely want to release it on PC too. Imagine the market for it.

What a shame. This game deserves to sell way more than just one million. Come on ps4 owners.
Congratulations to FROM though. They made me a fan of the series now.

I'm still a long ways off from playing BB since I just beat DeS a couple weeks ago and will either pickup my old save or start over in DS in the next few months. It is great to hear the game is doing so well though!

I changed it to 820k(EDIT*, just for clarification, this number was the absolute maximum i was considering), cause the hype caused me to rethink it, but i didn't think it would have good legs after the first week.

I was really underestimating the PS4. I thought that their emphasis on a single platform with only a portion of the install base of the previous games would hurt it a lot. Especially considering the anger i saw about people not willing to buy a PS4 for it
