I can't see a world where this game, if real, is not absolutely and in perpetuity exclusive to the PS4. There is absolutely no way Sony would ever let Xbone and PC get this game.

It would come to PC, then MS will enable PC to XBone streaming, and count it as being on XBone

Actually I wonder if the semi recent "Veteran reward' For FFXIV might not have been a teaser to the look of this game (assuming of course this is real). For those that don't know FFXIV got Cloud's advent children armor and you could use them on your character, could even dye it different colors.
