Can't give my word on the crazy Shenmue rumours but the FF VII remake is a real thing. They started production a few months ago and it will be announced this week for a 2017 release.

The Last Guardian is coming back too, Sony PR guys are giving appointments to the press and they plan to release it during the holiday season since Uncharted 4 is delayed until 2016.

If this is not true, I hope you get the world's longest ban.

Unlikely, if the post which said FF7R is going to appear is right the game started production a few months ago but Level 5 said they have a PS4 game coming in a stream at the end of 2014.

Wait a minute. Kitase is not on FFXV anymore (he was producer on Versus, iirc). Nomura got pulled from FFXV and it was stated by the KH3 team that the time he spent on directing KH3 hasn't significantly increased since his departure from FFXV. Nojima got pulled recently from FFXV, too. See the pattern?
SE needed these three guys for the FFVII remake, as they were integral to the original. Maybe they even got Sakaguchi back (remember the interviews on the FF series with him and Kitase last year?).

Just hypothetically entertaining this remake to begin with, it would be in Sony's best interest to secure this as an exclusive to PS4. It shouldn't take much moneyhatting to keep it off XBO to begin with but the mindshare of making it an exclusive would be a bomb they would want to set off at their E3 conference. It would be the only thing talked about all week.
