Going by Dragon's Crown, I doubt the Vita port will be good.
Huh? The Vita port is great. The PS3 port feels weird because the point and click stuff feels like it was made for Vita.

Perhaps not particularly drastic, but the trailer shows new bosses, new attacks (that are faster than the oddly slowed attacks of the original), as well as adjustments to the auxiliary systems such as food (which was used for healing and exp), and the addition of something to the leveling system (which used to be straight leveling, now it appears they put in a customizable system of some sort). Another thing in the trailer that wasn't in the original is multiple paths/levels on a stage; Odin Sphere has mostly flat straight line stages with slight bumps.Hmm. As someone who has been interested in Odin Sphere for awhile, I'm curious what combat changes people are seeing. Is it really that drastic, or mainly new moves? Based on the "looks like Muramasa" comments, kinda getting the impression they changed the entire feel of the gameplay. What seems so different?

Is this just a remaster? It honestly looks like it's running on the Dragon's Crown engine.
Hopefully this doesnt cost 40 bucks.
I think he talks about framerate, which is shit on Vita during combat
Hopefully this doesnt cost 40 bucks.
It won't, it'll cost $60.
8000 yen is too much for me. Far too much.
$60 for Vita, $80 for PS3/4
Atlus tax. Pretty sure they can sell shitload of it if they pack P5 demo in lol

Only when the screen got really busy though. Unless minor dips are worthy of being called "shit". If so even the PS3 version, while obviously running better, was shit.
P5 is supposed to be out before this game...
for the people not watching the stream
>New Enemies

>new animations when using items
and more

Gulp! This is the first time I've ever wanted one of these figurines. They are.

Mostly, Muramasa had faster paced combat and the multilevel stages, so that's where people are drawing their comparisons from.

The frame rate drops are really bad when they happen.Wat? DC on vita is great.
Awesome, hopefully the new content & reworkings will make it feel more like the "Refined" version they're claiming it's going to be. Being able to teleport & not deal with replaying stages should help with some of the tedious/repetitive complaints.Copy-paste from Cute_shutin on Gematsu:
This is AWESOME. I have the PS2 Classic game and I'm ready to jump to PS4 version...

Velvet is the only Waifu I've ever had.
There's another Velvet figure by Yamato released some time ago and IMO it's really nice. Check the link below for pics (not my site and slightly NSFW).
(perfect reaction because the carpet looks like velvet?!)
I'm buying that. They can say $200 but not before I already order it up.
Okay wow. I am really impressed with all of the fixes they're doing.
Princess Crown Remake (if it happens) would receive even more changes.
P5 is supposed to be out before this game...
The fixes are nice, but visually it's kind of hard to "HD Remaster" a 2d game with assets made at 480p. I mean the trailer visually looks identical to the PS2 version from my memory. Should be like a $20-30 PSN game, 7900yen is lol.
What they should have done is just made a sequel in 1080p with all those improvements.
They made a pretty amazing one in dragon's crown. I guess it's not traditional stage-by-stage progression because it's part ARPG, but it's 90% beat em up.
Dragon's Crown?
