Xbox just changed my gamertag. They want me to pay to change it

Reminds me of a long time back when I was a Guide for EQ.

If someone was trying to create a character with a stupid name we would be allowed to decline it.

One day a guy kept make a stupid name ( I dont recall what) with a slight variation every time I declined it.

Finally he logged in with a different character and I guess being the only Guide online he sent me a /tell to complain about it. I told him to not pick a dumb name.

The GM thought I was to strict about that stuff even though I was trying to follow the rules.

So they told you change it twice... And each time they have you an opportunity to do it for free... Each time you abused the system...

Now that you got caught again, you want sympathy? You should have to pay 3 times!

My gif making skills are kind of crappy. I'm definitely not El Toro, that's for damn sure.

I don't see what the Problem with Buttsmasherrr is

I can understand why they needed to change Buttsmasherr, that's pretty inappropriate.

EDIT, I just read the full story and saw you were originally Called ButtSmasher, that is by far the most offensive of those 3 unique gamer tags.

I had a character in EQ named Used Car. I was contacted to change it, and told the GM that I would, but I never did. They never bothered me again.

They gave you two changes. You obviously tried to skirt the rule (twice) and got burned. Sorry but dems da brakes

MS/Xbox give you one free gamertag change & then you have to pay for it to be changed, it says so when you attempt to change it.

Mods have delivered, legendary thread, so much gold.
