It's just the random name that their name generator came up with when they changed his tag, unless the particular mod at MS that made the change kept hitting the generate button until they found one that they felt appropriate, considering the weird COLT wiki reference one user made.
So basically, probably not. But it sure as heck has a story behind it now.

Having to change your tag and not changing it to SmuttBasher is a missed origin opportunity right there.
The change to SmuttBasher would have lead you to take on a new role as the basher of smutty gamertags. All this after being taught a lesson about yourself and then becoming the basher Xbox needs you to be.

Constructive criticism: The faintcolt walking is much much too short, as in you barely notice it flash past, while the buttsmasherrr one is much much longer. Needs to be a 50/50, or at least 70/30, butts to colt ratio.

MS are legit one of the worst companies ever when it comes to this sort of thing but seriously OP your story comes down to "they did not like my homophobic name and gave me two opportunities to change it but I gave them a solid fuck you both times and now I didn't get what I wanted" story really does not touch my heart even in the slightest.
