Uncharted Collection demo up in PS Store Worldwide

It's available in the US.
It is a weird one as I always had it in my mind that Uncharted 2 looked better than TLOU but I guess that wass just rose tinted glasses or whatever you want to call it. But playing this demo then switching back to TLOU Remastered it is a startling difference. The biggest shocker is how simple the animations are in UC2 while with TLOU, it's animations have yet to be topped by any next gen game imo.

Haha, that was a stupid statement considering a remaster should always look better
I guess what I meant was that even a glossied up version of a game that's 6 years old looks better to me than what I remembered of it in my head, and I found that surprising because it's usually not the case, even with nice HD ports/remasters. They rarely live up to the nostalgia goggle vision that's stored in my memory. It also looks far better than what I expected from this, even seeing screenshots and videos.

I also misremembered when a particular shootout happened. It happens right before the hotel climb when I referenced it coming after when wishing it was part of the demo. Whoops.

Crazy that a bunch of people are down on the graphics. I booted this up earlier and I was stunned by how good it looks. The art direction is really fantastic and has held up very well.
The rooftop pool section in particular looks gorgeous.

same. i mean theres a bunch of new textures even, the faces look a bit derpy wish they wouldve done better on that, but eh overall looks fantastic to me for a remaster.
Yeah just play it looks very nice.
try pressing X on the file thats downloading from the main "bar" so that it fullscreens your dl, works for me everytime get way better speeds.

Well it is a PS3 game guys that was launched years ago, and this is an upgraded version too. Either you had rose tinted goggles on how you remember it looking or it didn't age as good as you thought.

Just finished playing the demo and it feels wrong. I'm usually a fan of 60fps but it really feels weird in this game. After playing it on ps3, I'm not so sure I appreciate the new feeling. It's like drake is floating.

Finally got around to trying it. This could easily pass as not only a current gen game, but one of the best looking current gen games, holy shit. The 60 FPS is amazing looking too wow.
I'm gonna have a really hard time going back to uncharted 4 at 30 FPS after playing through this collection...it's honestly going to suck.

That's how I feel every time I go from PC to PS4 exclusive. I really wish 60fps was the norm this gen.

Wow, this is a remaster done right. I understand the arguments against the lack of mulitplayer, but at its core, Uncharted has always been a single player shoot bang. I am really glad they spent the time and effort on this remaster for all the new PlayStation owners that missed out last generation.

saw it. downloaded it. played it. then i deleted it.
I hit a pretty serious bug within 10 minutes of starting the demo, Nate just clipped through the ground almost entirely and was just stuck there. I also feel like something is off with the game's look and the characters' facial animations. Maybe I'm just misremembering the game... it's a weird feeling.

I played the PS4 version and was pretty impressed by the graphics and overall look.
I immediately booted up my PS3 copy to compare, using Urban Warfare specifically. I'm shocked how much of that graphical flourish was in the original release. It really is still a great looking game.
I've been playing it on PS3 recently so I'll probably finish it there and maybe give Uncharted 3 another shot. Might pick up the PS4 collection this Christmas.

Is this up in NA yet, because my PS4 is doing this sweet thing where when I click on the Playstation Store it just doesn't load ever. It has that sweet screensaver like background and O Cancel and that's it. No store. Tried searching the store on my computer and can't find it to send to download on the PS4, either.
