Generally you want to take the SA that gives the most meter or EX, but for the most part it comes down to the character you use.
Ryu is an interesting case; all his SAs are viable. What's important to note is that Ryu can deal a good chunk of Stun meter.
Assume opponent has near 75% full stun meter, you can do EX Stallion Kick>HP Shoryuken to guarantee a stun, that's a good use of meter for example.

Any tips on a Running/Spam Ryu?? I main Blanka, Bison & Hawk. But Hawk was no good Everytime I got close he spammed then started running back. I'd post this in Ultra thread but I would get a quicker answer here.

I'm gonna make some YT recs for a second. These are the channels I'm subbed to that post reprints of nico stuff or other strong Japanese footage in various anime (and other) games.
Everything Tizoc posts is from an arcade called a-cho out near Osaka. They have 2 YT channels most of you already probably know.
There are a few more random ones I use but these are the ones I check often. Doaghthadojo is one of my favorites because they upload so much random shit and it's great, but they are suspended and Idk if they're coming back. Anything else I watch is from stream grabs and nico. If people want to add to this list and save it somewhere in this thread I don't mind, talk to GB or Shouta.

Ye. I'd like to make some posts like yours but like, I will be honest and say I consume an ungodly amount of footage and I can't put together stuff like that consistently.
I LOVE looking into the Mikado vids and seeing some random shit I've never seen before, then synchtubing it with people and laughing all night.

WAIT I got the KoF channel mixed up. That person has 2 YT channels, one posts mostly KoF and random SNK stuff, the other is their Street Fighter stuff. I linked the Street Fighter one which only has a few KoF vids this year.

they really need to change material properties of the render of hair, it looks like they are going clay fighters with that hair, aside from the hair, models look much better now

What did he do wrong?
According to him, he received a strike over a mistagged P4U2 video or something. Typical YT BS. I think he has a GAF account? Dunno, all I know is it sounds like typical Youtube.
The people who post these gameplay videos get strikes often, that's why Jourdal is split in two channels atm and why some of his old vids got deleted.
