You also have to understand that the size limit is there to prevent from people from going mod crazy and having a broken game. That and if you have let's say, 10gb of mods, can you imagine the performance issues?

Just saw this!
Edit: Was able to download 4 mods (cheat menu, real nights, pipboy light cast shadows, and busty). But it's too damn unstable!

Man. At first i was not getting it, mods on consoles? Suuure that looks kinda neat maybe i'll try them after a vanilla run. But after seeing the darker nights, vault builder and lara piper mods i'm just blown away. I cant wait for them to hit ps4

Trying to instal regrowth overhaul but says it can't due to files that aren't present on this machine. Does that mean I need dlc? cause for this mod it says the dlc isn't required for it to work.

So I was able to download a bunch of mods but hardly any of them are actually working even though they have good reviews

Hmm lets see.
Busty didn't change anything. And THBrows and Zella's hair dye aren't showing up in character creator. Haven't gone past the character creator to test the other ones yet. I think it's problems with those actual mods though because others work

I had Tiny Tim's "Living in the Sunlight" in my head while I recorded this.
What's nice too is that when you enable mods, the game clones your character so you can go back to unaltered saves (provided the mods are turned off) and play the game legitimately. Although, I would have to stress that you ought to turn off your autosave when you tiptoe through the modded tulips since some of the modded content has problems with being permanent.

the important thing to remember is that even with the 2GB limit, it's a case of not having mods work at all vs. now having up to 2GB of mods. that 2GB opens up a whole new world of possibilities. improvements still should be made to the web interface and there are still some limitations that will likely always be present, but this really expands what can be done with the game on consoles.
Damn, I had my headphones up all the way and clicked on that without thinking lol. Words cannot even describe the sensation I felt in my ears.

You think it will be possible to get a 60fps mod on Xbox One? (even with a lower resolution like 720p, I will not mind) I will be curious to see if this can be made by modders.

Some mods can't be enabled because they depend on missing files. I shouldn't be missing anything, so I suppose this is a bug on either the creator or Bethesda's part.

Downloaded some mods such as Dark Night, Pipboy Light Cast Shadows, Busty, Antoher Life, Cheat Menu, and some others... all of them, except for Flora Overhaul (that told me I was missing a file) worked totally fine! =)
I will download more mods when they fix the server issue, cause it was a pain to download these! But it's really great to see how many mods are already available for XB1 and how they're mostly working as they should!
Can't wait for "True Storms" and other mods that changes, relevantly, the game experience! It has potential to totally give a new life to Fallout 4.

Some mods are not downloading and are stuck at zero percent, I expect this is a server issue so I'm just favoriting them to download them at another time. But if this isn't the case can someone tell me how to get around this and download them?

I think it would be, but the sacrifices necessary would likely make the game rather unimpressive. like if the resolution was lowered to 1024×576 and the lowest level of LOD was used for all the models and only 128x128 textures were used there's no reason 60 FPS wouldn't be attainable :/

There's a mod to teleport to companions. I found Dogmeat after he was missing from my game for six months - at a dog house I forgot I made.
I've read that you need Far Habor for that one. Can't test it though - I'm on ps4.
Okay, Bethesda took Bnet offline overnight. It's back now, downloading mods is working perfectly now.

Atomic Radio for an entire radio station with 65 voice actors and new songs.
JOURNEY - allows fast travel in Survival mode, only to and from Settlements.
Beantown Interiors - adds interiors to buildings in towns. Eg Concord now has 12 new building insides to explore.
SURVIVAL QUICK SAVE - obvious.

Journey makes survival redundant being able to fast travel? My only gripe is that ammo has a weight.

Well, I swore I didnt want to use any mods that break survival in any way but now that im deep into settlements im considering this because its really anoying to constantly running back and forth between settlements...

Theres already a pc mod so im pretty sure it will also come to consoles.
Otherwise, take a look at this, provides various other modern firearms to the game:

That mod is amazing - you start in an Insitute chamber on new game, and have to pick your starting location and job. Then boom, you're teleported and skip the story. You can return to vault 101 to do the story if you want, or just ignore it.

That's pretty bad right ?
Also, any idea if there is a mod that allowd you to wear a style of clothing? Like, I would have the stats of a peice of strong armor but the style of a different armor.
