"Hey, listen, we all run a company, my father runs a company, we take this - that is an absolute no-go anywhere, and that’s very much the case," Eric Trump said. "I think what he’s saying is, Ivanka is a strong, powerful woman, she wouldn’t allow herself to be objected to it, and by the way, you should take it up with Human Resources, and I think she would as a strong person, at the same time, I don’t think she would allow herself to be subjected to that. I think that’s a point he was making, and I think he did so well."

So, only weak, powerless women suffer from sexual harassment?

The entire family is trash. Seriously.

Also, above 50% in a poll like Survey Monkey? Yassss Queen. WERK FUCK QUEEN.

Most people in the GOP establishment want Trump to go away and won't entertain his ranting. I think. I hope. I pray.
Remember the speculation that his campaign was all about laying the groundwork for Trump TV? I could see a call to hold congressional investigations of the 2016 elections (AUDIT THE VOTE) being a good way to set themselves apart from Fox. Also a good purity test to use against the establishment in primary contests.

Has anyone ever figured out what the fuck is up with young republicans and bowties? We're past the point of strange coincidences, this is a full blown bowtie movement.

Megyn Kelly just tweeted about Eric's sexual harassment quote.

I think the anti women stuff is actually the most deadly for Trump

Way to stand out.

So the head of the internal RNC ad shop left today to join a consulting firm, per Politico.

Reince telling everybody at the RNC to ship out if they don't like Trump may resonate into the future.

IMO news agencies ought to start referring to Trump as an undocumented billionaire, alleged billionaire, or self-proclaimed billionaire until he releases his tax returns.

Wealthy goobers love bowties. Always have.

Or course it is. He will lose white women with his sexism. Losing white women is worse than losing gays and minorities if you're a Republican. I think it's a secret point of pride for republicans to lose the latter two.

If he is massively down in September the question is will he ride it out and suffer the loss or would he take his ball going home leaving the Republicans to find some one else last second.

Come on, this is not a legitimate question. Trump wouldn't even consider dropping out.

Oh god, I had a realization listening to the radio this morning and hearing Trump's comments about the election being rigged

Whether or not there was a "rigged" election is going to be the next thing the House wastes a ton of time and money investigating and holding hearings for isn't it

The GOP is going to hide a trigger plate on stage to launch Trump into orbit during his concession speech.

They aren't going to do shit after the election.

I sincerely believe in the days leading up to the election, once all polls show he's gonna get stomped, Trump will trap himself in Trump Tower for days. He'll spend most of his time yelling at Manafort and firing people and trying to decide how best to make an appearance that doesn't seem like defeat.

No way Trump handles any of this with grace.

I wonder if this will be the first time we ever get a prerecorded concession speech.

I sincerely hope that this election makes the Trump brand completely untouchable.

I could see this election winnowing down his market so that the only people who like his brand are people who can't afford what he's selling in the first place.

I was gonna procrastinate on getting my wife her citizenship (shit's expensive), but fuck it, now that her vote may actually matter I'm gonna get that done stat.

100% worth it for the naturalization ceremony. It reminds you that despite the rot and rust that's on display this election, this is still an amazing, wonderful country that people make tremendous sacrifices to be a part of.

First tragedy, then farce.
So,

basically where we are right now is this:

1) Trump at his absolute height of support with Clinton at her absolute low of support was a toss up election.

2) Clinton at what is so far been her high (though, I suspect Trumps low may show in *next* weeks polls and it's a blowout.

Me likey.

Yep.

Also, these 8/9 point leads that Clinton has is well into the territory where generic D beats generic R for the House. I'm sure the polls will tighten again and we'll all start Diablosing again, but for now, it's a good place to be.

I agree with an earlier post that Clinton's campaign, the DCCC, and the DSCC all need to start every rep and Senate candidate on the GOP side with questions about the Khan dispute. Make it clear that you can't support Trump's and disavow his comments.

This isn't the movies where planes are fueled and loaded with pilots on standby that can fly into other countries without problems. This guy saying there should have been a rescue of the Benghazi people is ignoring the reality it wasn't possible.

edit- Extremist who attacked Americans killed your son not Hillary, sir.

It's my understanding that the Benghazi report found little, if any, culpability for Hillary.

We really need to make a "Baileys for Reince* PAC".

*No guarantee the money will be used for Reince or Baileys

That should be enough to build the 2,000 ships she needs to cross the black salt sea.

That's what she wanted the money for?! I was fooled. I should never have trusted Khaleesi

Trump rally up the road at the same high school my kids use for their dance recitals in Loudoun County, VA. (A county, BTW, Hillary won and Trump came in behind Rubio)

First, not a person there pictured that is old enough to vote.

Second, bow ties?

Third, signs where you mention your opponent are not going to work. People see the top word and stop reading. Everyone thinks you're Hillary supporters. Dummies.

Maybe I'm weird but if it was my son who died at Benghazi I would be angry at those who attacked it. I would be upset that they haven't brought the killers to justice. I would be upset at those who cut funding for embassies and consulates. I would be pissed that the CIA was running ops next door making it a bigger target.

But look at that turnout. Huge rally. If Trump doesn't win Virginia it's clearly because of fraud

Eric Trump seems as warped and frightening as his father.

I try to not make blanket statements about people I've never met, but most big game hunters that kill leopards and elephants tend to lack the empathy that I'd consider a necessity to be considered a good person.

When you grow up with money and parents who don't really care about raising you, you never actually learn how to be a human being. This is nothing new. Most of us learn things like empathy and other regular human emotions because it's necessary to integrate with the rest of society.
