You can look at the trophy list (they are 24 actually, sorry for the mistake in my previous post) without any 'spoiler' fear.

TLoU deserve all the hype, yes. It's not without some minor flaws (some of which can be fixed through patch when the game ships), but overall it's exceptional product.

The most important things for me is that amazing narrative isn't at the expense of gameplay. There's a whole lot of game in TLoS.

I don't know yet if this is my best game of the generation, but it's already in my TOP 3, along with Bayonetta and Red Dead Redemption.

lol don't know why that's really a spoiler but that sounds cool, little touches like that tend to impress me a lot

I would love to see a PS4 Naughty Dog game and watch them go wild

To anyone who has the game

How different is Hard from Survivor? Is it just less player health, more enemy damage or are there better equipped enemies, remixed enemies, less supplies, etc?

I find the former frustrating and cheap. Games like Arkham City, DMC, and Hitman actually changed stuff on their harder difficulties, so you had to play better. I like that

We're still going keep posting the same vapid shit bumming around for time until E3/the game comes out. Does it matter if its the OT or not?

I just finished the game today.

BELOW I WILL SPOILER HOW LONG IT TOOK ME TO FINISH THE GAME AS SOME PEOPLE MIGHT GET UPSET.

12 hours and 36 minutes. I died 48 times. No idea if this adds to the game clock or not. Also I collected 50% of the collectibles in the game. I explored what I could but I play games pretty fast and run and gun style. Played on normal mode.

EDIT: I also turned of listening mode for what it's worth.

The best game I've ever played. I am happy that the only media that I saw of the game was the initial reveal and one other trailer. I had no idea what was going on and it made the game and adventure that much better to enjoy and witness.

Spoilers, as I am giving an example of a situation I encountered in the game. It's not plot or anything but I'd figure I'd be safe and spoiler tag it.

The AI is pretty great but there was one example that got my head scratching and questioning the AI. There were some parts in the game when you have to be stealthy etc., to not been seen by enemies etc and the enemy would look at me and see me and try and attack me. Then he would see Ellie right in front of him and absolutely do nothing. I was like wtf she's right there and the bad guys didn't even attack her and walked right by her.

Other than that, it's pretty damn great game.

That's not a glitch or anything. ND made that decision because it would be frustrating if buddy AI could alert enemies unintentionally and they couldn't guarantee that any other ways would work 100%.

Oh okay. Didn't know that as I was on 98% media blackout for the game.

But yeah game is great. I am going to replay it later tonight again.

Cool, congrats. I wish I knew less than I already do, even though I've only watched the E3 trailer and the original premiere, I've read tidbits of info here and there for the last 6 months. Nothing huge but things that add up. I'm too weak to stay away completely. Oh well, could be worse I guess, actually it could be a lot worse considering the spoilers out in the wild.

Question, are their multiple cut scenes or different cut scenes you get for the way you play the game.

I ask because (putting it under spoiler tags, so don't read if you don't want to know why I am asking).

I never got the VGA 2011 debut trailer cut scene. Was this removed from the game? I was looking forward to experiencing it as I was waiting for so long for the cut scene to happen, and when I went to the location I was positive it would happen soon. Then I left that area and was like where did the cut scene go? Maybe I had to trigger it by doing something?

Anyone know?

Awesome to hear. I've only watched the reveal trailer and the E3 gameplay from last year so I'm pretty excited to go in this fresh. I don't even really know what the story goal is, just that Joel and Ellie are traveling across the country for some reason. My only concern is that it will likely wind up like several other things I've watched/read/played lately but that kind of comes with the territory since I've been immersed in a lot of post apocalypse stuff lately. That's just pure speculation though and I'd love to be proven wrong.
