All games have to be installed in order to be played. Its a question of when does the game become available to play while its installing.

I read you cannot.
Also the IGN stream says you can only do game instant-switching with digital games since a disc check is required to play physical games even if they are installed. What I wonder is if you can instant-switch if the disc of the game you're switching to is in the tray.

The Enforcement Team is an actual position at Microsoft. They are in charge of Account/Console Bans, Account/Console Appeals, managing and upholding the Xbox Live Code of Conduct, stuff like that.
Xbox Live Ambassadors are basically Community Members who have applied and been accepted into the Ambassador Program. The Ambassador program is not an employment position at Microsoft and they handle things like Q&A Support (aka. how do I do this? why doesn't this work?)
The tastiest of astroturf. I'm not getting it day one, but the hype of a leaked console is a harsh mistress to turn away from. I get stoked when my local place gets games a week early, couldn't imagine a console.
