Witcher 3 man, high settings, still from trailer
What's going on here?
Witcher 3 man, high settings, still from trailer
Oh damn, really? You're sure about this?
Hmmm....
Am I correct to say that SLI 980GTX will not run this game on 60fps Ultra settings?
Hey guys totally of topic but I M buying a 4k TV soon and even though no games will be running at that resolution, will I see any improvements on the picture displayed on the TV?
Similar but a few tweaks in locations. The PS4 layout from another thread:
Is the gameplay video going up on Gamersyde?
I knew that face looked familiar. What's going on here?
Thanks for the reply I guess I'll hold off buying a 4k TV any time soonNo. TV-wise, the only difference you may see could be input delay. I'm not sure how 4K tv's handle input response, so it might be better or worse. Visually there shouldn't be any advantage to running a 4K tv.
Really good trailer. I would love to play this game if the combat is similar to Souls series. Is it real time action or turn based? Love the Souls series and combat in it and usually I like playing action/adventure RPGs. So would I like this gaf?

Do you all expect a 970 can run this at Ultra settings?
The file size will be GLORIOUS.I'll gladly accept some Gamersyde goodness.
Thanks for that. Seems that it will map nicely to remote play, especially since the quick access slows down time
ingame shots from gamestar.de (They don't have the watermark and sharpening applied):
Combat is very different from Souls.
Sprint speed is higher than I expected, that's good though.
It moves quite a bit faster and plays a lot differently. Try to get W2 for cheap and see if you like how it plays.
They are from the b-roll footage. Is it just me or these shots are flat out The Witcher 2 tier? I feel the only thing that improved sensibly are faces and character models. But that shot where he is on the horse is just... ugly, knowing we are talking about TW3. Maybe those are on lowest settings?
I was expecting to see a gif for the 14:02-03 scene, very l-lewd.
Blimblim save us from YouTube compression...
Sadly the video is nowhere to be found for the moment
decision
PC or PS4?
I think the answer is always PC if you have a rig that can run it on Ultra or are willing to spend the money to build one. Otherwise, PS4 should be fine.decision

I still have faith. Haven't watched the video on youtube.Sadly the video is nowhere to be found for the moment

As I said earlier, the gamestar article lists the specs of the PC - using a single gtx980, and they said it was running at high, very smoothly, but that ultra word work on the same system. We already know that ultra presets do add quite a few features so the single gtx980 can't be being taxed too much at high. If it runs at ultra on a single card, no doubt there would be no issue in sli, assuming sli profiles release with the game
So it ran at a solid 60 fps. (high settings)
Can your PC run it at high and potentially Ultra?
I like the walking/running animation compared to say Black Flag. Way too many hud elements though, hopefully they'll be able to be toggled off individually on all platforms, something Black Flag did right.
I'm damn hyped. I hope the world is somewhat calm. DA:I world is kind of overly busy with stuff at times. I want some calm travel times with nice music and beautiful environments. Then when action does happen, it becomes more exciting.

Ultimately, we won't know before the game is out. However, if we consider that a) the PS4 version already runs at 1080p on high settings @ 30fps and b) a GTX 980 is significantly faster than either console GPU, then I really don't see any problem of running the game on ultra with a GTX 980 (bar the really expensive stuff like Ubersampling, of course). So basically, if a single 980GTX runs at 60fps (per 3Djuegos) on high, it will run the same performance at Ultra, right?
