Are they finally going to do 1 on 1 too? The 4 player ONLY stuff turned me off the multi in shinovi

Unless I'm misunderstanding this, you could do 1 vs 1 (without any mobs) in Shinovi. Granted, it had to be on Final Destination Battlefield at night, but it was still possible.
