F.E.A.R. - Over ten years old now, but the atmosphere and lighting still (imo) hold up. For its time, it was stunning. I would love to see a remaster of this, as long as they could keep the feel of the visceral, brutal, and high-octane combat - it's definitely my favourite game of all time. Hell, I would even love a remaster of 2. They're like Alien + Aliens to me. ... But let's not talk about F.3.A.R...
Grandia II - I'm not sure if this one really counts, because there's already one currently out on Steam, which I've just started playing. It's titled "Anniversary Edition", but it doesn't feature HD resolutions; it's simply the Dreamcast(?) game ported over. It's one of my favourite (J)RPG's of all time, and something I sank countless hours into as a kid. Obviously the gameplay mechanics are a little simple compared to what's available now, but I would love to see a full remaster of it.
Time Commando - Honestly, this is just another game I played religiously when I was really young... I think it was actually the first PC game I ever really played. In my mind, it was an incredible game; the story had me hooked, and the gameplay was extremely fun, as simple as it was. The multiple settings throughout different time-periods was incredible, so having a new version of that would be intriguing.
