But the moveset might change specifically to accommodate the ability. Partly why I'm excited for Alola forms is because it gives an excuse to stealth buff these pokemon. Even though they should do that anyway.

Raichu looks really bad to me. I love that it surfs on his tail though. I wish he was a little more pointy.

Sea cucumber is a neat concept and is about as cool looking as you could make one. I hope its ability has an animation otherwise he is more dull then real sea cucumbers.

They took Raichu, gave him rainbow eyes, child proofed the sharp edges on his ears and tail and slightly altered the tone of his body - then called it a day. It's garbage, particularly compared to Aloha Ninetales.

Surge Surfer sounds like he rides electric waves. Could either help Raichu be unaffected by water terrains, or give him a boost in electric terrain.
