As far as I know there's no way, sadly.
You could wait for the EU codes to be up and enter for one of those hoping to trade it for a NA code if somebody got one mistakenly.

I was able to start my download immediately.

Edit: Got it to work, restarted, then booted up the store, quit out, went to library and the option was live. Just in case anyone else has the same issue

As of this post, tt starts in about 8 hours, if that helps. So just add 8 to whatever time you're in, and that's the starting zone.

The first 3-hour block starts at 11am GMT Thursday morning (the JP block), the second starts at 6 pm GMT Saturday (EU block), last 12 am Sunday GMT (US block).
