I found the fatalities lacking. I've been spoiled by God of War. I enjoyed Kabals 2nd fatality the most.

Sub Zero is one of my favorite characters, and it annoys me to no end that the spends all of his time jobbing to Scorpion because Boon has a fanwank over that character. Hell, I even liked Frost in Deadly Alliance. Unfortunately modern (MK9 sub zero) has a crappy design and it does not look like it will change with X.
IIRC they actually talked about having Sweet Tooth in MK9 at one point.

I disagree, metal is a very vast universe, there are probably more metal subgenres than other music genres all together lol.

Lots of metal songs would be good in a soundtrack of a movie or a game.
I still have a very limited culture of the metal but i'm sure there are lots of song that would fit that trailer way better than that shit song.
Fake or not they look good.
I mean, rap has a lot of sub genres as well and I know many rap songs that would have fit it better too. Either way, I don't really think MK has a certain 'sound' associated with it. MK music has always been a mash up of a lot of things, from asian-y music in part 1, generally creepy / dark music in part 2 and urban / 'rappy' music in part 3.
