i wonder what's going to happen to the player base post-destiny. i imagine the playing field is gonna get much tougher after that...

I think Destiny, the substantial learning curve, and the matchmaking issues will put a pretty big dent in the community. I'd imagine it will mostly wind up being mostly old ps3 diehards.

I probably won't play it much after Diablo comes out and tides me over till Destiny.

Just watched AKyemeni's world record video, why do people get mad about this? He's helping his team by healing them a lot and also stopping the enemy team with kills, it actually seems like a very fun loadout to use.

can you link video so i can see it? Found it. Meh Akyemeni is a really good player and I see why people would get upset. I don't like farming in any game. But different strokes for different folks. I end games fast and go on to next. Thats how you get host quiting if your not host...

Don't really think much of the MP but I don't know if it's just that it's not running particularly good right now, constantly running into lag, uneven teams, disconnects for a few seconds and complete disconnects from the game - that's ignoring that it also takes forever to actually get into a game most of the time. I'd like to think there's a good game behind all that but it's really not feeling very playable to me right now and with Destiny around the corner they don't have long to convince me it's worth sticking with.

Survivors is my fav mode. it makes you play so much better and less careless as you only have that one life.

Really? I figured supply raid would be better as you have more time and respawns in case of mistakes. I avoided survivors for that reason (never played interrogation)

I have not tried any of the other modes besides Survivor mode. I have yet to not reach my supply goal for the day. I think I am at around 110-120 per game. It is a matter of time before I get screwed and get matched against an entire team of pros.

I have been able to keep my team afloat so far on grim match ups.

That is what makes interrogation the best actually, it is infinite respawn until either the timer runs out or someone unlocks the box. However a lot of people will just use it to farm points, so if you are getting smashed by the opposite team, a lot of times they will unlock 2 sections and then just go on defense racking up the kills, revives, heals etc. Then at the last minute, or if the other team makes too good of a comeback they will unlock the last section.

I like it since it allows me to practice weapons since the games tend to last the longest, plus I have just played so much counter-strike back in my day that I'm kind of done with round based type multiplayer. Maybe I'm too twitch or something, but I just don't have the patience for waiting for a round to finish, especially if I die early and I'm sitting there watching others play for 3 minutes.

It's not the supplies, it's the missions you have to do for the meta game. They are pretty hard in "survivor" because you have less time to complete them.

Yeah, If you quit from the in game menu then yes, you can basically skip a few days then play a match just to keep some alive and you'll have to play during the 100% risk missions. So you can probably get away with skipping at least 60-70%% of the matches required.

Just the ones you've done.

But healing, marking, downs, executions, revives, downs with your favorite gun etc are all super easy even on the second tier.
