Game should be out within a month post-Beta. I'm thinking May. They have been grinding on it for awhile and are now likely working on making sure the networking works. I expect the open beta to be more a demo and one last stress test.

I'm going to hazard a guess and say it won't be out until October/November. I expect Ubisoft to run as many tests for it as they did The Crew, even though The Crew is broken still.

My opinion from user Banjo Kazooies games list:

Halo 5 - Interested
Screamride - Not sure, looks like Michael Bays Rollercoaster Tycoon which killed my interest a bit
State of Decay Year 1 Edition - No interest, if I will get it though, I'll get it on PC
Ori & the Blind Forest - Interested, will get it on PC
Fable Legends - Zero interest, want Fable 4
Cuphead - Interested, will get on PC
Quantum Break - Interested, mostly due to it's made by Remedy which made Max Payne and Alan Wake
Below - Interested, will get on PC
Rise of Tomb Raider - Interested, but don't know anything about it
Inside - Interested, will get on PC
Neverwinter Online - Zero interest
Happy Wars - Zero interest, tried on 360 and PC
Killer Instinct Season 3 - Not very interested, but will check out

I deleted Forza 6 from the list simply due to it's not been announced yet.

So apart from all the multiplattform games I will get on PC, the list ain't very amazing imo.

You're a PC gamer. That affects things for both PS4 and XB1 as most of their games so far are on PC too. Maybe a Wii U purchase is more appropriate for you if you don't want much crossover.

I generally agree with most of what you said. If you own a PC also you will be in good shape to grab a lot of these titles.

But come on...Happy Wars is awesome :D

They have a few thins coming up internally:

rare have at least 1 game in development, lionhead's new ip (studio head said about showing it "within a year" which put it around e3 next year, they've also been staffing the team up), twisted pixels new ip, press play have multiple new ip in development, no gears projects (collection or otherwise) have been announced.

That's from a few known internal studios, and doesn't consider any new partnerships they have and other internal things going on (those new studios from the LXP website for example).

Phil spencer said they had so much next year they were considering pushing some things, I would like them to spread things out too but I think with the way they set out their releases we'll have plenty to chew on next year and in 2016

Having a lot of things in the pipeline doesn't somehow mean they can't blow through it all at E3.

E3 2013 was a good example. They had a ton of good stuff (Titanfall, Ryse, DR3, Project Spark, etc) that half of the announcements were made in a sizzle reel at the end of the show instead of their own announcements. (Crimson Dragon, Powerstar Golf, Zoo Tycoon,etc)

Stuff that could've been announced at Gamescom, were instead chucked into E3... cause you know, E3 gotta be big.

They're wrong if they expect to just coast through multiplats during the first 6 months of 2015 next year. Not to mention that both PC & PS4 receive the same multiplats as them that runs &/or looks better.

Thats just PR I am pretty sure. Their lineup so far 2015 is pretty thin.

I wouldn't say that's true.

They've been pretty aggressive in the UK and EU. That shows they care, but some of those markets aren't as interested as others.

Their lineup for 2015 is pretty good post spring, hopefully they can get some hype going soon instead of waiting all the way till GDC/E3/GC.

Well he knows the list of games planned for next year better than we do, and their 2015 line-up for next holiday doesn't really look "thin". If you believe shinobi, QB is aiming for September, halo 5 and tomb raider are also next holiday and that's without the customary racing title or anything else announced potentially shipping then either (fable legends, Scalebound, phantom dust…)

There's plenty already if you see what they've announced.

He seemed to hint that:

Gears (most likely the collection and NOT gears 4)
Halo 5
Forza 6 (he pretty much stated they've never strayed from their every 2 years thing and wouldn't anytime soon)
Fable Legends
Quantum break
Rise of the TR

That's better than any year Xbox has ever had, TBH. Probably going to be the best line-up next Fall for me.

The Witcher 3 bundle makes no sense though, the game has almost no mass appeal in US market. However I'm sure there will be MCC bundle, and if from the look of it, the bundle will have the white SKU.

It's a bad idea sure but I think they just don't have enough to spread it out. Look at last year, Sony and Nintendo consistently announced stuff throughout the year yet everyone still ignored everything that wasn't E3. It seem the strategy works for them

Yeah but he is going to put a positive spin on anything Xbox like Sony will with playstation, take anything spencer says with a truck load of salt (It's his job)..

Unfortunately they don't push anything here. Certainly seems like they've giving up advertising for everything thats not COD, Fifa or AC and it shows in sales.
I looked quite a bit TV the last few months and i haven't seen anything for SO or MCC not even retailer make ads for bundles/offers anymore.

They completely abandoned germany( for comparision PS4 sells better than PS2 here and Sony thinks the market is transitioning away from PC to consoles) and i think it will bite them back.

It's as if they don't have a long term plan. They have a habit of reacting to the market changes rather than have a vision and plans. Having said that, games takes years to make and Spencer has already hinted on one new one from Rare. Maybe this time they have a blueprint for the rest of Xbone's lifespan.

Best Halo campaign and arguably one of the best sci-fi shooter campaigns (up there with HL2 for me), my GOAT racing game AND my #1 favorite game of all time (ME).
