If the rumors are true about it, 0% chance, but we'll get ports/remasters.

not interested in ports unless they give a massive discount to current owners. But I can see why they would want to make ports of Wii U games given that haven't seen a large audience.

Also it would be pretty cool if the NX indeed play carts as rumored. It would actually make me buy digital less just to use carts. Although if saves are on the carts then that is a turnoff when it comes to trading in or reselling games.
