Ueda already stated it was going to be shown at E3 this year. So thats not anything new. Most people just didn't believe him lol.
Do you have a source?

Depends on your definition of AAA I suppose. Until Dawn and Ratchet & Clank Redux are still lined up for 2015.

Released this Fall though? ... hmmmm
TLG should have been canned years ago. Even if it does somehow get released, all this pussyfooting around is what it's going to be remembered for.
PSTV to be compatible with Morpheus (Unique titles &
remote play)

Gamescom will be better presented this year too. SCEE is simply better at that aspect.Wild and the The Tomorrow Children got me excited at that event. I felt the presentation overall was better. Solidly full of games and of a good pace.
What I don't want from Sony is a huge 3rd party section with games we've seen at E3 already at Ubisoft, EA etc's conferences. That was the beauty of Gamescom. Everything felt fresh.
Three big IP's from Sony will be good, but I want to see some smaller, new, innovative first party games.
You're being unfair to him. A lot of these developers tend to be hard at work, and they're obviously passionate about games, so just like yourselves, E3 is an opportunity for them to see projects from other publishers, and even first party stuff. I don't think his intention is drum up excitement so much as it is probably trying to share his own within reason of what he's able to say. It's a twitter comment, so he's just engaging his own twitter friends or whatever you call them.Same song and dance before every E3. And Gamescom. And that one PSX event. I won't list TGS though, 'cos that's been shit for years so no one has bothered to drum up excitement for it (and then it rather disarmingly got good again last year, but whatever).
Not to shit on Bruce or anything, and god knows he's delivered in the past, but I've been hardened by enough previous event shortcomings to not fall for this catch-all, hype-mongering kind of tweet anymore. Not that I'm constantly disappointed either - I'm not - but this whole very broad "Be stoked!" schtick tends to elicit nothing more than an eye roll now.
Maybe if he were a little more specific.
SCEJ/A has their own presentation later in the year,.
Nope. I said this a couple years ago, but that title will make its debut at E3. That's the place for it. The SCEJ/A presentation is the one before TGS. It's where DQH was announced last year, and Ishin the year before if I recall correctly. So that will be the moment when they announce that Sony Japan FF esque Rpg, Gravity Rush 2 for Ps4 and The Last Guardian !

There's a good variety this year. I'm not trolling, or trying to get your hopes up so I can see them crash and burn. Japanese gaming fans should be pleased, because there's a good presence there.
Last year, Nintendo announced their plans for E3 on April 29. A late April announcement isn't unlikely, but details could also be given in conjunction with Nintendo's Fiscal Year Earnings Release for FY 2014 on May 7.A bit of a long shot, but I think we should hear the first infos about Nintendo E3 plans soon. I mean, if they follow the same plan as last year, the video announcement of the Digital Event / correlated E3 and in-store events shouldn't be that far, right? And it should still be as batshit insane as last year, right?
GT7 confirmed for 2017?This naturally puts us in a position where you start looking towards the next set of titles that will take most of the focus over the coming two years.
Indeed. That's why most of your smaller stuff at conferences at E3 and Gamescom is very much western focused too. Some stuff really doesn't fit. What could be a route in the future is if there are titles initially announced via those conferences that seem like they have potential, or look interesting, then you can maybe give them a little bit of time at other events if the situation really fits.SCEJA press conference is by and large worthless to those without any care for the mid-tier, or regionally focused Japanese games.
Any 'big' Japanese game with a global focus will more likely than not either be announced at a western event, like E3.
You're misunderstanding what I said. I said it's going to make it's debut at E3. That doesn't mean it has to be this year. For all you know, it's 2016. Maybe it's 2019. Where's your excitement now? What? Already at E3...damm those are great news Verendus. The Sony Project i'm most excited for
Sony Japan announcing their big JRPG on E3 - Level announcing their new Ps4 exclusive at E3??? ---- I got my answers

Ni no kuni ni & dark cloud 3 will be exciting enough
Nintendo will probably do it's Treehouse thing again, though I'm not expecting any new reveals since we know at least Splatoon, XCX, and Mario Maker are their heavy hitters. We may see info on Starfox and Zelda though, and Yarn Yoshi so there is that.

Every year's SCEJA presser is so fun to look at GAF in general.
From the complete cultural disconnect "desu ne hai hai hai dozo" to the "what is this anime game, lewd stuff, OH U JAPAN" to the "where are the Japanese megatons!?" to annual misinformation "B-b-b-b-but this is two weeks before TGS, there'll be another conference at TGS right!?!?"
That place is hilarious in general. Some interesting personalities, that's for sure.Every year's SCEJA presser is so fun to look at GAF in general.

Are you sure? I told people not to expect it at PSX but they got their hopes up, and cried about it later then. My advice is for your benefit. Just forget it. If it ever shows up, then there'll be something to be happy about. If it doesn't, then it's not like you had any expectations. TLG is like a shadow that is trying its best to kill excitement for everything else. You need to elminate that shadow.I don't believe that TLG is not in E3 this year Verendus! #TEAMREAL
I'm looking forward to Microsoft's conference the most.
Tomb Raider, Halo, and Forza are all coming this year, and I want to get a look at more of Tomb Raider, and Halo especially. More Quantum Break will be good, because I love my TPS games.
The most interesting one is possibly Scalebound. Platinum Games does a good job of mechanics, but I've always felt the surrounding aspects of their games tend to be lacking, so I'm really curious to see what it's shaping up to be with Microsoft's involvement. This could be something really good.
Crackdown could go either way. I wasn't a big fan of it, but I'm open to playing it if the new one looks interesting.
As for new announcements, a lot of people in this thread mentioning Battletoads which I'd never heard of. A quick google shows that it was basically a brawler though, so I'm kind of hoping something like this really does exist. I'm in a very Streets of Rage mood these days, so I don't mind Microsoft creating something similar to that also. Updated to 3D of course. Even if I get The Bouncer flashbacks, it's about time we get something like that, but a lot better. The more, the merrier. If it had local multiplayer, it'd be even more special.

All I want from Nintendo is a 3D World sequel which still has local multiplayer. It's some of the most fun I've ever had with a game.Sounds great if you like Western games and Platinum Games. Can't say I do. I dunno... I'll reserve. You judgment until I see Scalebound in action but I just never did enjoy anything from Platinum. Rare would be the dev that sounds interesting to me.
I'm looking forward to Square's, Sony's and Nintendo the most. Nintendo especially since Zelda U won't be there and if they are focusing on titled releasing 2015, will be interesting to see what surprises they have. I'm sure they'll want to keep in line with the other press conferences going on and not give too much attention to them.
What? When?! Where?!!Ueda already stated it was going to be shown at E3 this year. So thats not anything new. Most people just didn't believe him lol.
Released this Fall though? ... hmmmm
I'm not interested in MS conference itself (aside from 3rd party multiplat), but it's always great when all the Big 3 have great showings, it's only healthy for the whole indusrty.
Yo!! Watch your mouth son!!! You dropping hints?? Streets of Rage is my shit. Don't play like that V.
At most, the subtitle (which is believed to be Hyrule) will be revealed.I doubt Zelda will get a release date
Their conference has been really predictable/leaked in full the past few years lol.
Just "The Legend of Zelda: Hyrule"?Rösti;161531614 said:At most, the subtitle (which is believed to be Hyrule) will be revealed.
Yes, due to this.Just "The Legend of Zelda: Hyrule"?
Haven't followed the game much. Was my game of the show last year so I'm already on board, after it was acknowledged that maybe the tutorials and stuff were overdone in Skyward Sword.
