Well hello. Assuming he has been hand perfected by BioWare like Sheperd, I'm picking him. Y'all with your custom characters trying to show them and say they looked good were the saddest thing about the Mass Effect trilogy (no matter what you tell yourself, your custom characters looked like crap compared to the scans of a male supermodel and femShep looked fake in all three games, so come at me). If he happens to have just been made using the creator options, then I guess I'll see if there's anything better looking.

Dragon Age Origins let you make some good looking people. Dunno WTF happened with Mass Effect for its CC to be so terrible.

He hasn't. They would put a helmet on him in every shot if that was the case.

Relatively good. There were no high quality models to choose from by default, so there was no male Sheperd type of option to make them look bad. They did certainly beat Mass Effect by miles in custom though.

It'd be hard to match the badness that was the Mass Effect character creator again. The worst part about it was that they had to keep it for the entirely trilogy.

The same ones who post pics and think they look good and, god forbid, played the actual games lookin' like them messes

Inquisition really would've benefited from having an October release date imo since there's a lot of breathing room now and not to mention its a somewhat empty month and GTA releasing on the same day now. I feel you wanting more RPGs man, I hope they starting puring out by next year.

Hopefully we get the character creator in the keep otherwise it's gonna take some time for me and a lot of people to start the game.

Surprise Dorian looks badass. Right now he's my go to mage. Him, Sera and Cassandra are my main team, then Vivienne, Varric and Blackwall are team B. Team meh is Solas, Cole and The Ironbull.

My hope is created characters start looking as good as the defaults. I'd like to actually use a created character face for once.

edit: Well, I did in Origins. <_<

The ones posted above look pretty darn good to me.

This is my dilema as well.... PS4 would probably be better for me for MP due to more friends on PSN...but PC for mods, mods, mods.....

PC with controller is slightly in the lead for me, but this could change.

Ehh, they've gone on record as saying that the game's Frostbite engine doesn't really support mods. In the end, the only advantages of playing it on PC are the improved graphics and tactical interface.

I would recommend that you go where your friends are, honestly; the game's multiplayer looks like it could a really cool experience if you have a dedicated group to play with.

I'm picking up PC version and playing with a controller. My GTX 660 will have some issues, sure, but I'm upgrading next year.

Me and you both. Very dragon-y.

As for Dorian and the stache. If you think about it, he is actually sporting kind of a classic magician look. Quite suitable for a mage.

I too dislike that helmet. I do, however, love the Tevinter armor style. I hope we can get heavy armor with that look!

Didn't know that about Frostbyte, and it's not going to be on Steam so... could be a PS4 buy then.

Get it on PS4, then. It's Frosbite 3, so there aren't going to be a ton of mods if any at all for some time.

I'm indifferent about the helmet, it seems to me like they gave it that form to cover the face the most possible in order of being gender-neutral [for marketing purposes].

Kind of strange given you can customize the Warden in the Keep...why else would that be there if he/she wouldn't be in game?

Never really been able to get behind Bioware's art direction. The use of green color everywhere and the character design doesn't appeal to me at all. I'm sure the gameplay will make up for it tho....here's hoping the story won't be as atrocious as DA2

When I went to the Montreal Comiccon Keep panel, they said that you can't customize them (Was talking about Hawke in particular) in the keep, so I guess that would explain it
