Has anyone created a working KOTOR Droid or KOTOR 2 droid replacement like say GOTO? Can find one if someone has.

Maybe I should dust off my old attempts at making the Black Hole robots in FO3 and get them updated.

Me waiting for more quality mods to come out

love you modders

just tested out Spring in the Commonwealth and it introduces a few stutters here and there, but really not noticable reduction in performance.

Currently only using 3:

Faster Terminal Displays - Speed up terminal use by 20x
keyNuker and keyRing - Organizes any keys into a misc "Keyring" sub menu
Spring in the COmmonwealth - Popular grass mod

So far very happy with it and impressed how well it works. That said, turning them off to finish Far Harbor. Not that I really care too much about achievements... but.. well... I dunno, I'm weird.

Really liking the mods but I haven't played in months so I can't find any of my fucking companions no matter where I go. It's infuriating.

Okay. Brand new save using Live Another Life mod (skip intro) in survival mode with about 45 other mods, inc lighting and graphics. Performance loss is 3fps.

Wai wai wai. You mean to tell me they let lighting mods loose on consoles?

What the FUCK? Sweetfx? Fucking enb? If not, what does the mod contain? As someone who owns this on pc, i cant even co prehend how they got this to work.

Maybe they just altered the default lighting engine in game because I don't know that hooks (.dll) would work on consoles.... right?

There's a mod for that! Search for transport to companion

You should enablr the mod, find your companion, then disable the mod and go to where they were

does it really disable achievements for any mod? I can understand god items and exploits/cheats but if I add in a grass mod, or a mod to fix a bug in the game that shouldn't disable achievements surely?

Bullet time, unlimited sprint, dark night, pip boy lighting, realistic ragdolls

I just put your GIF in the OP. Amaze.

All achievements are disabled when mods are enabled. Microsoft and Sony insisted on this. With over 1000 mods growing by ~100 daily, it is impractical to screen mods for contents (not that the platform holders would allow that).

All mods disable achievements regardless of type and don't call me Shirley.

That's just bullshit, cosmetic mods and fixes shouldn't be considered the same as adding in an auto rifle that fires nukes

Well I'm not bothered enough about achievements to care, but man its just stupid

Okay Shirley Allen

There's no way sweetfx or enb work on consoles. There are mods that can alter lighting settings with just a .esm/esp but they aren't as dramatic an effect as stuff like enb and sweet fx.

Yeah, ENB and SweetFX is not possible - for that get a PC. <1% of mods on PC touch that. There's a bunch of lighting, weather and environment mods and in fairness they work really well. Basically anything where you don't touch the OS layer is okay.

I want to start a new game so my main character is for achievements.

Is it vest to load the achievements after I've exited the vault for the first time or can I load them all up to Begin with

Yea. That's what I thought. No fucking way. It's still pretty cool they allow visual mods and stuff. I wonder if they allow any high poly meshes......

.....naaaah.

Anything published natively in Creation Kit to Bethesda.net works. When you're a mod author you can just tick PC and Xbox. PS4 is grayed out at the moment. Source: mod author :) Obviously EnB is outside Creation Kit.

What part of "any modification however minor nullifies achievement earning as per MS and Sony's rules" don't people understand?

because it makes as much sense for lumping the likes cosmetic mods (weapons skins etc) in with console command cheats. You'd assume that mods where categorised and anything considered a skin or cosmetic wouldn't be included with anything that could be considered a cheat to get achievements - having a reskinned player or weapon doesn't make it easy to get achievements, having super power armour with infinite jet pack and infinite ammo does.

People are assuming that "any modification nullifies achievements" includes exceptions for non player beneficial mods

Are there any mods that disable the weight limit?

Lots. Search Weight. Improve Carry Weight is what I use: https://mods.bethesda.net/#en/workshop/fallout4/mod-detail/917065

Bethesda don't review published mods, they just appear in the mod store. The mod authors select the categories. Lots of the mods are in the wrong categories already. By the time the year is out I imagine many thousands of mods. Plus - the platform holders outside said 'You have to disable achievements'.

I could make a mod that is labelled as grass mod but actually unlocks all the trophies? Could I lie?

This feels like a monumental moment for console gaming. Bring on ps4 please!!

It is indeed, Fallout 4 went back from put aside after 2 weeks because too easy & boring to will be played for years to come for me...

Cant wait for the larger content (story & quests) mods to come out, although I fear some projects wont be available on consoles due to the 2gb limit, but we gonna see...

Its very clear that these mods are hard to vet, iv found one already that says one thing but goes *wink wink* in the text to let you know it does another.

I still can't download Real Nights. Keeps telling me it's no longer available.... When it clearly is still available because other people are using it. Weird.

Its superb it really is.

I had a lot of mods on, one was for sanctuary to have no build limit, and I was at full before that. After a while of making real houses and new signs for my bar etc the game slowed down frame rate wise. It was only around sanctuary and to be honest the amount of stuff I had on it was impressive.

The console handles the mods like grass so well, I've seen very little difference in the frame rate so far.

Will be starting from scratch And adding more mods and will see how it runs.

Really liking the mods but I haven't played in months so I can't find any of my fucking companions no matter where I go. It's infuriating.

I'm the opposite now. Once I've got my perk off of them for maxing out our friendship, I will ship them off to sanctuary, so I keep bumping into them in an almost awkward encounter.

Is there a mod that will auto break down all junk into their basic elements? I only use things constructed in workshop mode, so I would rather not have 100's of items in the junk section, but a more manageable basic list of what each item breaks down into.
