Ryan Gosling Lines Up Directorial Debut ‘Monster’ With ‘Drive’ Co-Star Christina Hendricks



Synopsis:
“How To Catch a Monster weaves elements of fantasy noir, and suspense into a modern day fairytale. Set against the surreal dreamscape of a vanishing city, Billy, a single mother of two, is swept into a macabre and dark fantasy underworld while her teenage son discovers a secret road leading to an underwater town. Both Billy and Bones must dive deep into the mystery, if their family is to survive.”

Shooting begins spring of 2013.

I'm a huge fan of his so I'll keep my eye on it. Haven't seen any of her work other than in Drive so whatevers

The synopsis sounds total and utter bollocks.

Conversely I hear good things about Charlie Hunnam's directorial debut.
 
I find it difficult to think of Christina Hendricks as the 'co-star' of Drive considering her sum total of lines of spoken dialogue and contributions to the narrative don't add up to much more than a cameo. Plus boobs.

You could probably say the same thing about Ryan Goslings character in Drive.
