Well yeah, an always-online console (which has a good chance of happening at this point) would mean no Durango for a lot of people on this forum.

I know I certainly won't consider it if that happens. I'm already predisposed not to get Durango...MS making the final decision not to support offline play would just be the nail in the coffin.

Its like I know its coming but I don't want to believe it. I am curious to see how they are going to structure live. They dumped the family plan making it very expensive if you have multiple people in the house who play.

This will be a big plus for Sony imo.

Yes, and if you go back 8 years, when we were all 8 years younger, that was the exact right channel for that unveil. Xbox 7 will be unveiled on PBS.

There was a rumor out there that said the Family plan was getting rolled in with the regular Xbox Live Gold ($60).

about fucking time, lets do this MS I want an all out war! PS4/Sony are going to be the only next-gen console I'll get but I want MS to come strong so Sony doesn't get lazy/overconfident next-gen.

Going against the grain here, gonna say it'll be good. Of course if I'm wrong I fully expect to have rocks thrown at me at high speeds.

Probably a big game or two, but Major Nelson implied E3 would be the game-heavy event. This will be an introduction to the hardware and their plans, most likely.

GAF is a pretty good slice of the market. The anti MSFT crowd is just WAY more vocal, having every topic derailed with "Paywall!","Kinect!",Bender.gif had the achieved objective of "pro MS" people just not posting as much.

It's a sneaky way around the problem of providing a service to users who don't generate revenue. They don't want to be giving away Subs to people who only play the latest COD/FIFA game all year round.

wow thats late sony really could steal all the thunder is they have a conference in may still looking forward to the Xbox con but with all the rumors i think ill wait off to see what ms dose in the 1st 3 years
