I've had it since the 15th of November and my eyes are hurting from playing so much KZ MP. :) Bought BF4 today, gonna start that next

They disabled it for the first weekend of the US launch as well. It'll come back on soon. It's a cool feature as well. I always check what's going on when I turn on the PS4

That happened to me at first. I think once in a while it does that with certain games. The only game it made a loud noise like that with was AC4. It hasn't done that lately though. I think it's normal

Seriously love this machine. Playing Resogun in my bed till 2am on remote play was just mind blowing.

UI is smooth, fast and clean.
DS4 is better than the 360 pad (was my fav pad ever)
Runs really quiet
Remote play is fantastic
Games are awesome

Currently downloading warframe, war thunder and dcuo. Can't wait for Planetside 2! :D

So I go a call from MasterCard fraud prevention saying they'd blocked 3 attempts to pay for PS+, I called hem and on firmed the transactions re edit, they unblocked the card and STILL I get 'can't process this transaction' error whether I try via PSN or SEN via my PC.

This is unbelievably annoying. I want my Resogun goddammit. Also couldn't do cross-buy on Flower.

OTOH I was up to 3am playing KZ and have Warframe, War Thunder and AC4 to look forward to.

That's kinda weird. Downloaded yesterday when servers were crashing within 15 minutes. Contrast and Flower wenmt through just as easily. Even when I couldn't even access the store the downloads went flawlessly.

Only time it's not quiet is when installing while playing - I really noticed it while KZ was installing and I was 'uh-oh" but then it just went really quiet.

My adsl 10mbit is 24h downloading at cap and now also streaming music unlimited.
Downloaded so far 80+ gbyte

P.S ps4 linked to router with ethernet.

Just had a chat with my friend who ordered through Amazon, courier was Yodel. Had a missed delivery yesterday, he arranged to pick the package up from Yodels depot this morning and they are telling him the package must have been stolen. Their paperwork shows them that the package wasn't marked by Amazon as a PS4, so it was not placed in the high value section at the depot. Nothing Yodel can do for him now.

Wow. Everything here begins and ends with Amazon. Everyone knows that Yodel have an awful rep. If the not being marked or registered as high value item is true (apparently this stopped it from being kept in a locked cage in the depot) then that is on Amazon too.

I wondered why ShopTo so blatantly marked and registered my delivery as a PS4, I guess I know why now.

My box from Scan computers even has my model number on. It looks that they simply recycled the boxes that the consoles arrived in the warehouse in. I was kinda shocked.

Odd, couldn't register my vps4 on vita when going through second screen first, but it's fine now I went through remote play, registered, then went back to second screen.

I almost panicked yesterday when I noticed I couldn't plug in my speakers, as they only have cinch ports. Fortunately, my monitor does have an audio out jack and I've got an adapter.

Keep on getting the "cannot download" notification, kinda annoying but to be expected come launch, hopefully they can deal with the load soon enough.

I am loving everything about the PS4 especially the controller.
Missing the PS3 XMB theme with the glitter and different colours that turned to black once the day time ended.
I have the official stand but have heard the console is quieter horizontal, is this true?

Don't have the stand so I'm not sure on the noise of it being vertical but it's silent horizontal. Fans whirl up abit when starting a game but that lasts 2-3 seconds.

Yea i live in lewsey farm just down the road from the depot, first thought was its stolen knowing what people are like around here lol.

Just called and they say they cant find the package and it might show up on monday, but that it would probably be a good idea to get sender to raise an investigation. Doesnt sound good.

Anyone know how shopto would likely handle this if it doesnt turn up soon?

My brother in law didn't get his PS4 from Amazon yet, and the tracking company don't have his information. He called Amazon this morning and they can't get the info either, the tracking company just updated and said the van got jacked.

He is mad pissed. Amazon say they are going to replace the lost items ASAP but he had a launch Killzone gamer bundle which doesn't exist any more.

All this talk of voice control reminds me...

The most surprising thing for me yesterday was the quality of that cheapo earbud. I was in a couple of parties and was streaming too and everyone was shocked at how good the sound was. Not tried the actual voice controls yet thou.

Also loved pretty much every game I played (9 of em lol) apart from Warframe which I couldn't get into. Can't wait for my PS4 fix later!

It's odd that given how fast it is to go from a game to the XMB or store, that it takes so long to try and edit your profile or change your privacy settings. Upwards of 30 seconds for me.

Yeah it personally worried me with mine but after hearing my friends story I guess I should be grateful for it. Yodel hitting new lows, my friend is now worried he wont get one by christmas. I guess that is the kind of delay he might be looking at. I recommended he contact Sony, as well as Amazon and people higher up at Yodel. Cant hurt to try.

Actually, on my friends stolen PS4. Amazon have healthy replacement stock kept behind for such problems, including faulty consoles. Good to hear, he has been promised a PS4 by Monday latest.

Little rant: today is saturday and yesterday the big container of PS4 arrived in my region but it arrived in the afternoon so it wasn't openned.

And by a twist of bad luck , nobody can unload the big package from the boat containers because they don't work the saturdays !

Result ? no PS4 available in my region untill monday afternoon at least ...

My PS4 week-end is ruined.

Little rant end.

Guess my waiting time extend.
