PlayStation VR is sold out and PlayStation 4 Pro is only taking preorders right now.
Both of those will only get more popular when they are actually released or are available. Besides, those limited bundles you mentioned selling out are limited for a reason. They aren't going to move the needle much with regard to overall sales. Meanwhile PSVR and PS4 Pro are extremely heavy hitters for Sony.
