Sorry guys don't know if it's new new but new to me. It's shots of the MC as he runs through the city with Blue Team while someone informs Locke that he has gone rogue, not following orders, and recruiting others while helping the enemy and the official story is he's dead, but Locke and his team are tasked with getting him. Blue Team lifts the rubble off of Chief and he's still alive.
