User on The Vita Lounge forum, Dinoegg_96 spotted a listing on xtralife and it said distributed by Badlands Games. http://thevitalounge.net/forum/threads/steins-gate-0-could-get-a-western-release.3676/#post-51540

When badland was asked about it on Twitter they said "it's possible

As of now there's a listing for standard edition on all three PlayStation platforms with a release date of 26/8/16. Incoming announcement of localisation?

I recall a dumbass leaking that PQube was working on this on Reddit, forgot to remove his name from the leak and deleted it in the hope of avoiding getting fired. Considering Badlands is apparently PQube's Spanish distributor of choice, this does line up with that.

I bought the first one on a retailer sale but I'm yet to play it due to backlog problems. Hope to get around to play it before this one comes out (if it comes out ofc).

It really is worth a playthrough anyway. I watched the anime first and thought it was amazing, played the game a couple of years later and loved it even more.

I'm so in on 0 if it comes out.

I hope they have English Audio as well this time. Having watched the anime in English before playing the game it felt a bit awkward. Kind of like I was missing the nuance and stressing of certain words. Watching the anime again afterwards felt so much better.
