Yeah I'd be much more inclined to buy two for £80. I wouldn't be thrilled, but there's a greater chance of me doing it.
Yup, gonna have to confess, im a sucker for digital downloads, more convenient and im too lazy to switch discs all the time.
Well worth the extra 10-20 quid.

How is the "all digital future" going to work if there is not price parity (or better) with other retailers?
Even worse, it proves Sony has not changed its ways since PS3 where it would charge £49.99 for new AAA games that could be found for as low as £35 on release day at retail. These prices just aren't competitive.

Those are EA's prices, which are more expensive than first party on the PSN store.

It will work. You can only log into the PS4 that is the main console of the account you use on your Vita. From there you will be able to launch the US games.

I like to use my PS3 for playing tv shows / movies downloaded on a USB key. Looks like PS4 doesn't even have a video player (yet).. which is pretty shit.
It should do. Not even Nintendo would region lock a peripheral.

Are these the correct steps for buying games from the US store and playing on a UK account?:
1. Make US account, make it the "primary" account on PS4. Make UK account (my main account for trophies, PS+ etc) the secondary account.
2. Buy games from Amazon US, redeem on US primary account. Download.
3. Sign into UK (secondary) account. Play games.
For remote play, just log into the account registered on the Vita (UK account, secondary account on the PS4) and remote play will work for all the games?
The only other thing I'm not sure of is, does this affect anything like PS+ with the account that's registered to (UK) being the secondary one? It's all a bit confusing at the moment, but I'm sure it becomes a lot clearer when I actually have the PS4 and can try it out.

It's not the accounts that are primary or secondary, it is the console. So you can make your PS4 the primary console for both accounts.

They didn't cancel my preorder it went through to orders with a status of processing and then vanished.
What :O order receipt, or an actual dispatch email? Seems early this even for Shopto! *excitedly goes to check order status*

Wouldn't really be surprised if some people got theirs on Thursday. I heard the only reason hardly any Xbox One orders were delivered early was because Microsoft told retailers specifically not to dispatch before Thursday. Given the PS4 has already been out for over a week in the US, hopefully Sony aren't as strict.

They'll do it early. Guarantees them more numbers in their statistics right?

I am aware that some people might not get the paycheck they deserve in the Amazon DE logistic centers but striking on monday possibly even longer really kills my mood.

As much as I love the convenience of ordering stuff online, I'm a complete nightmare with the whole process of dispatch emails, payment processing and delivery. I'll be a nervous wreck all week.
Store collection certainly gives you a certain peace of mind. Can't foresee any issues there. I'll be experiencing both forms on Thursday night and Friday!

I agree lol. Although it's so easy to order something online and no matter how many people say there isn't a problem. Im always convinced there is going to be. I wont settle down until the PS4 is sat there in my front room. Then the worrying about it actually working will begin.
They've dispatched it on sunday? Almost a week before release? Doubt it.
It should say somewhere about it being dispatched on Thursday for a Friday delivery.
